We welcome your family to be our guest at our 2, beautiful Kona Pacific Condos, located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, off Alii Drive. We offer a 1 and 2 bedroom unit, for vacation rental.
Kona Pacific is the perfect location, only 2 blocks from the ocean, across the street from, the Royal Kona Resort, which has one of the best luaus on island! Kona Pacific has a heated pool, 3 gas grills, and a cabanna house with private key entry. The compex also has tv cameras located throughout the property for security and an on property manager. The complex also has an underground parking garage, which is fantastic as it keeps the cars cool! The units have designated parking stalls for each unit. The elevators take you directly from the parking garage to the units floor.
The units are located on the 6th floor (d622) and the 5th floor(b510) , with beautiful views from the lanais. (Unit d622 has a wrap around lanai with 200sq ft of space!)
You can walk to downtown in less than 5 minutes, along the beautiful Kona bay, with tons of shopping and resturants such as Bubba Gump Shrimp, Huggos, and Outback Steak House. You can even grab a perfect cup of Kona coffee.

Our units were remodled in 2008(b510) and d622(2010). They are fresh and updated with all new furnishings with walk-in glass shower suites in both units. Located on the 6th floor, this quiet unit is a true vacation oasis. We used designer colors of ocean blue and calm brown tones with a true spa feeling in the bathrooms with walk-in glass showers and adjustable 2 shower heads with rain can feautures.
The King beds, with their new mattresses, have tons of pillows for your best rest with 700 thread count sheets and comfortable blankets and duvets.
The unit also provides a pull-out queen-sized and twin-sized sofa beds in the living room , and a full 3rd bathroom with tub/shower off the kitchen.
d622 has A/C throughout the unit, which may not be needed--thanks to 7 new ceiling fans (4 inside and 3 on the lanai). There are 3 sliding glass doors to access the lanai--one from the living room and one from each bedroom. The tiled lanai also offers meal seating for 6 (enjoy the view while you have your meal). We also added a love seat and additional lanai seating to have your morning Kona Coffee!

The moment you open the door to b510, you will feel pampered with the granite countertops, highend applicances and open floor plan with new tile throughout the unit.
The Master bedroom has new carpet, planatation furniture and crisp blue tones, with the walk-in shower for 2 ,make for a perfect romatic hideaway.
There is seating on the lanai for 4 complete with the perfect lounge chair for reading and relaxing.
The living room has a sofa bed with pull out Queen bed and a 50' Flat screen tv.
There are new ceiling fans located in each room and on the lanai.
There is a guest bathroom located off the kitchen with tub/shower. This is an amazing unit with many repeat guests each year. Come find your Aloha at b510!
