Our design model provides for a seaplane (flying boat) with 5 seats trusted and well maintained called Lake Renegade for 1 free ride. It creates easy island hopping compared to the boats and we specialize in pampering the elite guest or the handicapped along with the rest of your family. It plans on a daily activity for your kids with a certified Nurse to chaperone and first aide. It includes security guards and house keeping, internet, a boat and a car on the island.

Grand Opening of restaurant May 1st, 2016
Group price of $4000 or 3,200EUR is for a group of 4, that is 2 adults and 2 children plus 1 baby. Or 2 adult couples. Or 2 adults and 2 parents. Etc. It's for half the main guest house, one complete wing, with 1 queen and 1 full bed and 1 jacuzzi with 1 full shower and 1 toilet to share. Of course, this is at one time. Guests are free to come and go as they please and can substitute different family members throughout the month, staggering who is staying. In other words, you are buying people 4 seats and you can change who is staying here. We do not supply entertainment or escorts. Guests can bring their own "Significant Other" or companions. We focus on privacy and family. Notice the addrss of our hotel is not listed on this world wide website to the public. This is to avoid paparazzi or uninvited intruders.
Note on Weather: Original grand opening in 2013 was postponed after 5 typhoons within 2 years, after a 10 year period of no major storms. The good weather is always between January and July, not to worry. Typhoons always hit after June but we can take you up to the mountains or you can party at the neighbors big resort with many expats. No tidal waves ever hit this north coast of the island which is perpendicular to the San Bernardino straight a major shipping lane 100's of miles off the north coast. You get cool breezes most days coming down from China over the ocean so bring your sweat shirts and jeans along. But the water is warm to swim. Paradise.

Best Showers
Showers have two choices, heated both, with a wand on the hose or the waterfall effect of pleasant sprinkles, and faucet down at your feet. Take all the time you want. Or use the jacuzzi tub. There is no shortage of water and your heater is your own on the marble wall.

Toilets are large for a man or woman's body and flush with ease of a button, highest quality and new. Sinks are attractive pedastal for your pleasure.

Fresh Well Water
The water is very clean without pollutants on this island but drinking water is further distilled for purity before you consume it. No poisons from plastic bottles are present. We are "go green" and bought a distillery to purify water for drinking and provide ceramic or metal reusable sanitized canteens for your cool water.
