THE A.M. BAND has been causing people to do a "double-take" in the tri-state area since early 2000. Formed by singer/guitarist Bryan Gordon, the band decided to perform Top 20 AM Radio Hits from 1968-75 exclusively. This was an era of great songs that people do not get to hear with other area bands.
The A.M. Band idea is simple... we don't do wimpy/wedding versions of songs... we play them with the energy that they originally had. Also, by dressing in the 70's clothes...... people could laugh at the band for few minutes before hearing something they liked and hitting the dance floor. Add some spinning lights, some smoke and a few suprises.... you are now ready for a party.
9 years later and THE A.M. BAND is still making people stop, look, laugh, and listen. Don't let your Summer end without catching the A.M. Band at a club near you!
