To prepair before a wax, maintain your skin by moisterising and exfoliate at least 24 hours before your waxing appointment. Avoid stimulant drinks such as energy drinks & Coffee & avoid coming "at that time of the month"!

As coutesy to other clients 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment, when I book your appointment I put the time aside to pamper you, and it is a great inconvevience to other clients who would love to have a treatment that day. A $20 inconvenience fee will be charged if you cancell after the 24 hours notification time.When Failing to arrive for your appointment on your first offence a fee of 50% of your booked in treatment will be charged via invoice to you. On your second offence 100% of your booked in treatment will be charged.For appointments valued in over $100 a $20 deposit will be required and deducted from your booked in treatment, if you cancell with 24 hours notice it will be refunded, it is ok to reschecule and continue using it as your deposit.Deposits can be paid by cash or bank transfer onlyI have put together this policy as a pride myself in giving excellent and professional service, just like in any salon, and put aside my time for you to pamper you.My hours are stricly Wed-Friday for beauty services and Makeup services are available on weekends if booked in adavance. If you wish to have an appointment out side of these days and it is approved by me an after hours fee of $20 ontop of your treatment will applythankyou for being understanding
