The Shop
The Shop on Whipple was started many years ago as just "The Shop" and was well known in our community as the place for artists to gather and work. They inspired and motivated each other,growing and learning from the experiences they had as a result of being a part of this unique group.
Although the 'original' group eventually disbanded and went their own ways The Shop is still alive and well but has evolved into more of a 'cooperative', a place where friendships have blossomed into a close-knit community; where there is a sense of kinship despite the varied ages and backgrounds of it's members. It is a true cooperative, a collective gathering of friends who work together in unity to benefit the group as a whole.
The Shop will be featured at Studio 1219's Spiral Studio
during the whole month of November 2009!
