Brenda Braxton is a native New Yorker and graduate of the High School for the Performing Arts. She starred on Broadway in SMOKEY JOE'S CAFÉ for which she was nominated for a Tony Award and the recipient of the NAACP Theater Award, Chicago's Jefferson Award and Grammy for Best Cast Album. In 2003 she joined the Broadway cast of CHICAGO in the starring role of Velma Kelly and enjoyed six years with the company. In 2006 she added entrepreneur to her resume with the launching of BBRAXTON Exceptional Grooming for Exceptional Men and in 2009 Ms. Braxton was the only woman honored with the Men of Style Award given by Gillette Fuzion and the BBRAXTON salon hosted the Gillette Fuzion Tour in New York City for the second year.
In realizing the importance of giving back, Ms Braxton founded a not-for-profit organization called, Leading Ladies Just for Teens (LLJFT), seminars geared toward empowering young girls to be the best they can be. Leading Ladies began in 1996 at the Virginia Theater with a series of seminars designed to encourage, challenge and inspire young girls to dream and set goals.
For her work as founder of LLJFT Ms. Braxton has received the Dr. Martin Luther King Living the Dream award given by New York's Governor Pataki, the Josephine Baker Award from the National Council of Negro Women, and the Community Service award given by the National Association of Negro Business Women.
Gary Clark is Executive Director, General Manager, Master Barber of BBRAXTON. Certified as a Nioxin Scalp Specialist, Gary utilizes years of experience and certifications to assist clients with their hair and shaving needs. He enjoys educating and coaching grooming start-up professionals about the full scope of the business and etiquettes of barber grooming.
For nearly twenty years in the men's grooming industry, coach and motivator Master Barber Gary Anthony Clark has styled and groomed celebrities such as Muhammad Ali and primetime journalists. Gary's mastery in the art of grooming has also been featured in editorials and point of purchase ads for Pepsi and Coca Cola.

Deep Cleansing Facial: $85 (60 min)
This intensive cleansing and treatment process offers extractions, ingrown hair removal and aggressive exfoliation.
Acne Facial: $95 (75 min)
Anti-Acne products are used to cleanse the skin and exfoliate dead skin cells followed by a soothing mint mask to treat existing breakouts.

Appointments and Walk-ins:
Grooming Services
When making an appointment, please be as specific as possible with the service you are requesting. This will allow our grooming professionals to appropriate the proper amount of time to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve. If you find that you are running late, please let us know. If we do not hear from you, your appointment will be held for 15 minutes before it is given to another patron. Walk-ins are accepted, however, we cannot guarantee when you will be serviced. We will make every effort to accommodate you to see a grooming professional as soon as one is available.
Spa Services
If you wish to experience one of our spa services, please make your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Due to scheduling demands walk-ins are not permitted. Your credit card will only be charged when your service has been completed, if you cancel within 24 hours, or if you do not show for your appointment. If your reservation was made with a gift card, the service cost will be deducted from your gift card.
Gratuities
Please note that the cost of your service does not include gratuities. Though gratuities are not expected, if you are satisfied with your exceptional service, feel free to show your appreciation to your grooming professional. The amount is entirely at your discretion.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are nonrefundable. A gift card however, may be used by multiple patrons until the balance is zero.
Privacy Policy
BBRAXTON understands the importance of privacy. Therefore we will NOT share any credit card information given to us for purchases, except with the financial institution that issued the card or when necessary with our fraud detection service. We also will NOT share any email addresses given to us for the purposes of sharing news and special offer updates.
