Welcome to my site.
Joyfully I sense a quickening in the air; an opportunity to be more; to be just who we are; uncloaked by outmoded ideas; unprotected by fear based responses. I no longer feel the need to desperately hang on to images, and for the most part joyfully let go into the unknown as I play in this luminous garden of all possibility. I see that we are all part of a world that pulses with consciousness and believe that currently a door is being opened to reveal the greater reality; inviting us to take our next step forward as beings freed of fear and filled with love. This is an unprecedented opportunity to enter the miraculous and consciously create the reality we dream of.
By looking once more to Nature and seeing ourselves as part of a greater living organism we can be guided by her rhythms and cycles as we more easily adapt to change. Boundaries that we as humanity put in place now, with regard to our own development as a species, must honour the positive movement forward of all life on this planet. No longer can we act as if what we do and think is of little consequence. For harmony to find its way back into the heart and mind of humankind we need to own each moment as if it were the most precious treasure.
How do we change? Perhaps all we need to do is to start simply observing...observing the way we interact with others and the way we carry ourselves through each day. Can we turn each moment into a jewel; one that reflects the light of awareness? Is it possible to suspend judgement of each and every experience and encounter; qualifying any given response with a justification based on belief? If we listen to the continual backdrop of noise in the mind we start to notice the repetition of these soul destroying mantras that work subliminally to sabotage any effort for change until we recognize them, find their source and literally breathe them out of ourselves, allowing the release to transform us.
Nobody can do the work for us. We need to develop ourselves, and this requires passion and commitment to our elevation and evolution. No effort, however small on our part, is ever lost and our children and future generations will be a testament to what we attain consciously. There is no separation. Every new breath we take reminds us of our contract with this beautiful planet we call home. A deep respect and love of life is moving within, reminding us as humanity to fulfil our destinies as Divine Heart -Centred Light Beings.

About me
Fiona Almeleh is a visionary, whose journey is focussed on the Inner Light of Truth. Born in Zimbabwe in 1954, Fiona studied fine and graphic art in Natal, South Africa. She worked as a freelance artist and illustrator in Cape Town before moving to Britain in the mid 70s. Here she extended her work to include all aspects of book design and production and at the same time began exploring the world of subtle, energy healing. The deepest sense of her joy and ever unfolding understanding of the wonders of life have become the expression of her work.
Fiona has exhibited both overseas and locally and her articles and interviews continue to appear both nationally and internationally. She has been a guest on the South African TV and radio programmes including, Safm, Cape talk, 702 Believe it or not, Top Billing, Tabloid, Options, Free Spirit, Spirit Sundae, The Wedding Show and the international series Innertainment. Her two books True Colours and A Thread Runs Through It are now available directly from her.
Fiona currently works in Cape Town as an inspirational speaker, intuitive, artist, teacher, healer, colour therapist and author. She offers deeply compassionate insight into life situations whilst using creativity as the stepping-stone which allows others to gain greater clarity and freedom. Her focus has been principally in assisting others to free themselves of restrictive patterning as they make positive paradigm shifts. The creative sessions are aimed at nurturing, healing and gaining insight, whilst allowing and inviting others to witness processes freely without judgement or criticism. Deeply held beliefs and emotions are gently released through visualization, meditation, movement, writing, colour and play. This is a profound creative-breakthrough experience.
Fiona has also worked for the past three years as an art and creativity facilitator at primary, secondary and tertiary addiction centres.
As an Intuitive she has offered support in terms of spiritual and energy counselling since the early 90s, bringing all her insight and sensitivity to access the subtler levels of energy. Her classes, workshops and talks re-awaken others to their own sense of childlike excitement, passion, adventure and inspiration.

Playing in the Field with Friends ~ Orbs, Cloud Ships & Luminosities
Throughout history and in every tradition there is evidence of Orbs, Cloud Ships and Luminosities. Sadly though, our group consciousness has for the most part been indoctrinated and manipulated over the centuries and our visual and intuitive sense of reality, has as a result, been rather impaired. We learned not to accept certain things that were meaningful and integral to our daily lives and lost the understanding of how we are connected and a part of All Nature. In many instances even to this day, some people who see and experience things that are not accepted as the status quo and cannot be proven scientifically, usually prefer to remain silent for fear of condemnation, persecution and marginalization. It is however, heartening to see that this situation is gradually changing as more and more of us are becoming sensitized to the subtler energies that permeate and are a part of our physical reality, albeit at different levels or frequencies
Digital technology offers us the possibility where we are again able to visibly capture the presence of Orbs and Luminosities; this time on camera. No tall stories here! Once weve discovered this truth we may enter a space that reminds us that we are also able to manipulate the malleable, energetic field within which we are resonating. Like attracts like.
In studies it has been shown that we see only 10% of what is actually available to us. Committing to any way of reconnecting with the unseen 90%, affords us the possibility of reprogramming our brains so that we give ourselves permission to again start seeing these things with our naked eyes. It is here that fear is no longer part of the equation, as we move beyond it owning a world that pulses with potentiality.
This is not the premise of the fortunate few but available for everyone.
These energies are apparently drawn to different levels of frequency, as we are. So there seems to be a participation of choice. We can rest in the fact that we are companioned and that we need simply to open ourselves to the love and guidance around us that flows as an energy exchange from these amazing Orbs and Light Beings.
With open hearts and a focus on a healthier relationship with our beautiful Mother Earth, it is apparent that our perception is changing as we move towards a time of greater collaboration based on respect and love.

On meeting Fiona several years ago, our impressions were of a woman who was passionate about all aspects of beauty visual, sensory and oral. A gentleness pervades her persona and is embodied in her work, where she has the courage to explore uncharted directions and produce unique explosions of hue, stitch and texture.
Subtle colour and fine detail are benchmarks of her creativity and skilled craftsmanship as an artist. Fiona uses her work to transcribe light and shade as a means of expressing her emotion and abstract ideas. Her flair and originality are reflected in her textiles, paintings and poetry. Fionas paintings are translucent, as if veiled to challenge the viewer to look deeper to uncover hidden emotion. Her poetry reflects pure honesty as she enters into the heart of her subjects with complete abandonment and joy. Within her embroideries is a remarkable richness, diversity and innovation the varied textures, stitches and colours draw the viewer nearer, immersing them into the atmosphere of her vital creative and dazzling work.
In this often angry and violent world of ours, it is truly a joy to discover an oasis in Fiona. The spontaneous and spiritual quality of her work is both inspirational and soothing. It offers an escape from our everyday lives and endless bombardment of an intrusive and strident media. It gives us time to reflect and quench our thirst for peace and beauty.
