Registration Event Day! (ONE DAY ONLY)
More than just a registration day! Get to know our regional administrators and volunteer staff, the philosophies that drive AYSO, Kids Zone®, and more! Kids, dont forget to have your parents enter our drawing to win some cool prizes!

Where: Good Shepherd Church at 9555 N Oak (96th St and N. Oak)
Registration Fees for new players* Cash, Check, MasterCard, and Visa accepted
1st Child = $75.00
2nd Child = $70.00
3rd Child+ = $65.00
*Players returning from fall 2009 subtract $10.00
Please Note! Registrations received after 3pm 2/20/2010 or any unpaid pre-registrations as of 3pm 2/20/2010 are subject to be placed on a waiting list.
Registration includes: 12 weeks of soccer (8 games) Full uniform Supplemental insurance

Make checks payable to AYSO. All payments must be received by 2/20/2010 to avoid being placed on the player waiting list after registration closes on February 20, 2010.

Important Dates
Refund Policy
A 100% refund is available for any player who withdraws by notifying the AYSO Registrar prior to team formation, which is done the week of Divisional Assessments.
Once the teams have been formed a player who decides not to play will receive a refund, minus $25 of the registration fee.
Once a player has practiced or if we are notified more than one week after practices have started, a refund of $25 will be issued.
Uniforms are handed out at the last practice prior to the first game. At this point, no refund will be given regardless if the player has received a uniform or not.
If you registered for the Full Playing Year (Fall and Spring) and paid the full year price, you may cancel your Spring season if needed. However you will only recieve a refund of $35.00 if you request it before the practices for the Spring season begins. Once practices have begun, there is no refund.

*** A player can register if they are not yet 4 at the time of registration. They must turn 4 prior to their first game.
**A high school age division may be created pending registration numbers.
