I am a graduate of Heritage College of Health Careers in Denver, CO. I obtained my certification in Therapeutic Massage after completing an 850-hr. course in 1998. I also received my Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in June 2000 from Denver Technical College. I later went back to Heritage College to become a Therapeutic Massage Instructor.
I have also attended continuing educational units (CEU) for both massage therapy and physical therapy. Classes include repetitive use injury therapy, core muscle stabilization, and Pre-natal/Labor/Post-Natal massage.
Swedish - Excellent for relaxation and acute injuries.
Deep Tissue and NMT - Chronic and repetitive use injuries, sports related injuries, and whiplash
Hot Stone Therapy - Deep relaxation, soothing heat from head to toe
Rain Drop Technique - Increases immune system, stress and pain reduction, decreases mental fatigue
Pre-Natal/Labor/Post-Natal Reduces - physical, mental, and emotional stresses of expecting mother. Prepares and eases mothers body for delivery. Helps to ease body from post labor
Lunch Time Escape - Let your workday woos melt away and get a little "me time" during your workweek. Enjoy the comfort of heat therapy to the hands and feet while relaxing to a soothing scalp, neck/shoulders massage. Followed by a re-spiriting hands and feet massage. And, top the session with a nice little nap (if you choose).
