News - 10/1/12New match added for 'Ballroom Blitz' will see Brandon Thomas taking on 'White Lightning' Mark Andrews.News - 5/1/12The first three matches can now be revealed for 'Ballroom Blitz' on Friday February 24th.AWW British Title Match - Carnage (c) vs James MasonIn his second defence of the title, Carnage will come face to face with one of the most popular, well travelled wrestliers in the UK - James Mason. Having competed in TNA, Michinoku Pro and even beating MVP on WWE Smackdown - Carnage will face his toughest test yet.AWW British Tag Team Championship Tournament - Semi Final - The Hunter Brothers vs The Dunne Brothers.In the first semi-final for the tag team title, we have a battle of brother teams as Lee and Jim Hunter battle the villainous Pete and Damian Dunne 3 Way Elimination match - 'Wonderkid' Jonny Storm vs Joey Starr vs 'Tomcat' Kevin O'Neil.After gaining a pinfall over O'Neil at 'Breaking Point', Jonny Storm will now have the odds stacked against him as he battles the 'Tomcat' and a man that narrowly lost out to Carnage - Joey Starr.News - 22/12/11The AWW British Tag Team Championships haven't been defended since Carnatio beat Team H8 at 'Collision Course' back in April. Due in part down to Carnage's AWW British Title win in March. Carnatio were due to defend the titles in November, but AWW Management could not get in contact with Heratio.AWW have still not received any sort of contact from him, and have no other option than to strip Carnatio of the belts.We have heard various rumours of a growing jealousy on Heratio's part, due to the spotlight shining on Carnage's singles title win, and subsequent title matches. Firstly old rivals 'Wonderkid' Jonny Storm and 'Tomcat' Kevin O'Neil will go head to head, and in the main event - the AWW British Title will be on the line as Carnage defends against Joey Starr. These two met in the Title tournament final back in March, now Joey Starr gets his rematch.News - 21st October - Second match revealed!The second match up for Haden Hill has been revealed - it will see the self proclaimed 'Messiah' Brandon Thomas facing off against T-Bone.News - 20th October - First match announced for Haden Hill Leisure CentreThe first match for our show at the Haden Hill Leisure Centre on Nove 26th has been signed - returning after a short hiatus - Manchester's finest Celt Kennedy will take on 'Rapid Fire' Tommy Gunn.News - 18th OctoberAnother new venue added to the AWW schedule for 2012, this time heading out to Shropshire. After his quarter final match against 'Assassin' Dave Williams, Joey was backstage goading and laughing at his fallen victim. Dave Williams took it on the chin as he was beaten by the better man on that night, however he requested to AWW Management that he would love a rematch against Joey Starr somewhere down the line. Well after much consideration, we have decided to throw Joey Starr into the Dave's match this Saturday at 'Collsion Course'. Dave was originally scheduled for a match against the AWW debutante Blake Warning. So now, it will be a tag team match. Blake Warning will team with Joey Starr to take on the team of 'Assassin' Dave Williams and his partner Jemma 'Inferno' Palmer!! Jemma stated that she didn't want to fight a female on her AWW debut, and declared that she was strong enough to hold her own against the men. She's now gonna be right in the think of it, how will she cope? Some residents will know this venue as The Hummingbird or The Carling Academy, but after a huge refurbishment it is now known as The Birmingham Ballroom.
