CDI Farms, Inc. was established in 1994 by Herb & Linda Billings. Originally, Herb was going to grow trees for five years and then sell them for five years as a retirement project on the farm's original 78 acres. Unfortunately, Herb passed away in 1997. Linda dedicated herself to build upon his legacy and to a commitment of growing quality container trees for the wholesale landscape market.Today, hidden and nestled away in the heart of Texas tree country, CDI Farms has become one of the most beautiful tree farms in East Texas. The property now encompassing almost 200 acres and now produces over 25 varieties of beautiful landscape trees while maintaining a top level of quality. CDI Farms, Inc. sells quality container grown trees in 30, 45, 65, and 100-gallon sizes.The farm is located one mile west of Highway 69 North of Lindale, Texas. It is 9 mile North of Interstate 20 and 8 miles South of Highway 80. Please see map link above.Customers are encouraged to visit the farm and personally tag trees. Purchasing PolicyCDI Farms, Inc. is a wholesale only nursery. As such, all customers must provide a verifiable business name and tax identification number prior to their first purchase from us.Payment PolicyAll prices are quoted F.O.B. CDI Farms, Inc., Lindale, Texas. All prices are subject to change without notice. Cash or checks are required at the time of pick-up or delivery unless a credit account has been set up prior to the purchase. Standard approval credit terms are net 10 days respectively from invoice date. Established accounts can qualify for net 30 day billing. An interest rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum will be charged for late payment.Office HoursOur business office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, and is closed for major holidaysDelivery ConditionsDelivery is available to your location for a reasonable fee. Orders may also be picked up from our nursery, by appointment only. We require 24 hours advance notice of pickup, and 72 hours for orders to be delivered. We will try to accomodate any special requests if at all possible.Claims & LiabilityCDI Farms, Inc. has no warranty expressed or implied. The purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities upon acceptance of product. All claims must be made on the date of receipt of goods for adjustment allowance. All claims limited to purchase price.Customer acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by acceptance of merchandise.
