We are a full service violin shop located in Roswell, Georgia (North Atlanta). Since 1993, we at Atlanta Violins have strived to provide outstanding value to our customers both in the instruments we lease or sell, and in the service we provide. We specialize in new and restored antique instruments from Germany, France, Italy, and the United States.
We provide an excellent rental program for both beginning students as well as more advanced players, plus a unique rental credit program whereby customers may apply their rental payments to a step up violin, viola, cello, or bass with no additional fees or interest applied.

Our equity program is second to none! It allows all rental payments to apply towards purchase of new, used or step-up instruments without any time limits. Also, your equity is never capped. No chain store, superstore or general music store can match our program. Only a violin shop can provide the quality of service and inventory you will need. If you are considering another rental agency, check their policy closely. A few dollars saved in the begining may end up being very costly in the end.

Our bow expert, Pat McClain, has years of experience in bow rehairing and restoration. We only use the finest hair available from our suppliers at a cost of hundreds of dollars per pound. Each bow received for rehair is examined closely for any additional problems, and you will be contacted about any work that needs to done in addition to a rehair. So go ahead and give us a call. We are happy to repair your bow even if you can't come in to our shop. . . .

Antique Restored instruments are a huge part of our inventory. We carry nineteenth and early twentieth century antique German, French, English and American violins, violas, and cellos. All of our antique instruments go through a rigorous restoration process by our professionally-trained staff before they are put in our showroom. We are constantly searching for older, good quality European violins, violas, and cellos. Every instrument that comes into our shop is completely restored to like new playing condition. . . .
