BEHIND THE MIC
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Myth (real name: Anwar Saeed), started his rado career as a unpaid intern at a local radio station at the age of 19; making him the station's youngest employee. His early accomplishments did not happen over-night, as it took long sleepless hours to get the job done.His love for music started back before the age of CD's. He remembers when he would hear his aunt's play their instruments and automatically fell in love with the sound. From then, he would hear the sound of various genre's of music played throughout the house, which sparked his interest in music.After years of going to concerts and finding out more about the music scene, he later ventured into the nightclubs where he finally felt alive. At a venue where DJ HEAVYGRINDER was playing. He fell in love with Electro-House. He loved the energy, he loved her passion for it, and so he strived to follow in his now (music dj idol's) footsteps. After receiving rave reviews from her, he took it a step further and got into the radio scene where he is now an award winning DJ, and Pulse Radio's TOP musical dj.
