The ArtLady Teresa Holt has dabbled in many mediums over her career as an artist. Her latest foray into glass art and functional art objects proves to be an enduring and productive fascination. Bold shapes, an interest in reuse of materials, a joy in the minimalist affect, and curiosity in color design all play as hallmarks in her recent work.Teresa is an active artist, a decorated art educator, and passionate art activist. Her influence can be tracked through generations of her students, colleagues, acquaintances, and her family. In 2003, Teresa was named the Missouri Art Educators Association's Elementary Art Educator of the year - an honor well deserved. Her other interests include cooking, baking, reading, spending time with her grand-dogs, as well as pursuing any artistic endeavors that strike her fancy.
