Upon graduating, he furthered his study of art and science, applying to the highly competative Master's program in Medical Illustration at University of Michigan , Ann Arbor. He worked professionally within the field for over 15 years, producing award winning programs and has been published in several scientific books and journals.
Over the last several years, Argus has focused his talent and skill into his own art creations. His mastery of technique, combined with his unique vision has resulted in remarkable, thought provolking pieces of art, which Argus calls
"Soul Visions".
Argus has facilitated many sucessful art-healing workshops and led numerous groups based on the best selling book, "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Argus brings his vast knowledge, personal insight, wisdom, and passion for creative vision and soul expression to all his gatherings.
Argus makes his home on the magical garden island of Kauai and spends much of his time travelling to many regions to share his many gifts with others.
Argus El'iam is a multitalented visionary artist, writer, composer, and workshop facilitator. His keen interest in nature, science, mysticism and spirituality woven into and become evident in all his work.
He received his formal art training at University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. His focus was painting, illustration and science.
