We have stores based in Nantwich and Whitchurch, but we do offer collection and return services to anywhere in the UK.

If your Apple device has a cracked screen then it can be easily replaced by us and have a warranty to go with it unlike some other repair centres

The Xbox Red ring of Death
The 3 lights that strikes fear into the hearts of all gamers. The main cause of the error is overheating, what happens more often is that the console after a lot of use starts to over heat the CPU and GPU on the Xbox's motherboard.
The chips slowly start to overheat and then they loosen from the board because the solder weakens and then lifts the chips off the board.
Arrrgh I have 3 red lights what can I do?
Sound familiar? simply follow these following steps.
1 - turn off the console and allow it to cool down
2 - check all leads and the power pack
3 - turn on the xbox and see if it works
4 - if not then get in touch and we'll fix it for you
So what can we do?
We will book in your console onto out system, collecting all the relevant information to allow us to repair your console as quickly and cheaply as possible.
We will then arrange for your console to be collected by insured courier service and delivered directly to us the following day.
The console will then be repaired, if further repair or information is required we will contact you.
Once the console has been repaired and soak tested it will then be re-packaged and a courier instructed to collect it and return it to what ever address is best for you, work, home or neighbour.
How long does it take?
ost RROD's are normally fixed and returned within 7 working days, some are repaired quicker but it depends on how much labour is required and how quickly a courier can return the item to you.

PS3 Yellow Light of Doom ?
The Yellow light of Doom
The yellow light of death is a very common problem with the Playstation 3, unlike the RROD on the xbox 360 whose lights correspond to a certain error code the YLOD can mean many things.
The most common issue with the PS3 is an over heating issue, this can be caused by inadaquate cooling fans or loose heatsinks.
Once repairs have been carried out by us the PS3 will be better than new due to the materials used in the repair.
I cannot play Blu-rays anymore
Another major issue with the PS3 is the Blu-ray drive failing, this slowly becomes more apparent over a period of time. The PS3 slowly starts failing to read discs quickly or failing some and not others.
If possible we can replace the laser in your current drive to keep the cost of the repair down. Some other repair centres will insist on replacing a perfectly healthy drive with a faulty laser.
In order to repair the drive we need to have the drive intact when its delivered to us as the circuit board is paired with the PS3.

Broken or cracked screeens are the main repair we have to carry out with the Apple devices. The Apple devices are very sleek and well designed but their screens can be easily broken or cracked.
If the screen has cracked then it is possible to repair it without having to resort to an expensive repair bill.
We can replace the screen and if needed digitisers on Ipod touch's from generation 2 onwards, Iphone 3/4 and 4's and also the Ipad 1 & 2.
Before you decide where to send the device contact us for a quotation. We offer either a drop in centre or we can arrange for a insured courier to collect it from your home or work place.
Batteries not holding a charge?
The next biggest issue we have to contend with, is the batteries fail over a period of time. The key sign is that the batteries slowly start to hold less and less charge to the point that once they are taken off charge they only last a few minutes.
To replace the batteries requires a strip down of the unit, this is where we can help. If the Ipod is not stripped down correctly then you can either crack the screen, break the digitizer or worse.
Because Ipods still have a hefty price tag we would recommend that the repair is carried out professionally by ourselves.
