Native Son Serving the People of U.S. and British Virgin Islands for over 25 years!
Ferries play a vital role to the residents and visitors of the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. Since 1977 Native Son has provided ferry service to visitors and the people the British Virgin Islands. We have offices in both St. Thomas, USVI and Tortola, BVI.
Native Son operates daily 365 days a year, baring hurricanes. Our daily schedule provides services between the U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. Each year Native Son transports thousands of passengers through the bodies of water separating the islands. Many of the residents rely on Native Son for transportation to school, work, and other needed services.
From the U.S. Virgin Islands we operate from the ports of Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook, St. Thomas.
From the British Virgin Islands we operate from Road Town and West End, Tortola.
Services
(Daily Ferry Service) Hop aboard Native Son. We provided daily service between the U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. We operate 365 days a year, barring hurricanes.
(Special Schedules) Several times during the year we run special schedules to accommodate local events and holidays, including Easter, Christmas, and Festival in the BVI, St. John, St. Thomas and St. Croix.
(Charters) Create your own boat ride. You can hire a band, set up a bar and have a party on the water. Plenty of open deck space for dancing and games. Or maybe you just need to get a large group from here to there. Either way, choose your destination/route.
(Animal Transport to St. John & St. Thomas) Dogs and cats only. Veterinary papers must be up to date. Your dog or cat must be in a carrier. In addition, dogs require a muzzle for the safety and protection of both your pet and our crew.
