Biography
Jackee can best be described as a latin style-flower child, with an undeniable love for music. She spent her early years in El Salvador, were she would naturally learn to dance to a variety of latin music. In 1989 she moved to Las Vegas and spent the next 15 years preoccupied with life as a kid & young adult, but never would she forget that deep-rooted fascination for the art of dance. In 2004 she coincidentally came across a Belly Dance performance that would spark an overwhelming interest. She began to inquire about the dance form and attended a few classes around town. But not until recently, when approached by friends of the Belly Dance community, would she dedicate herself and become a true student. Jackee hopes to develop into an artist through sound in movement and will continue on this progress with dedication and the help of her troupe.
