Anna Rose Norris is a 2003 graduate of Wayne High School (Fort Wayne, Ind.), where her passion for journalism and love of photography meshed into a career path.
After receiving her B.A. of Journalism from Indiana University in 2007, she spent the summer interning at The Sidney Daily News in Sidney, Ohio. Following three months under the guidance of a great photographer, she landed her first job as a staff photographer for The Morning Journal in Lorain, Ohio, where she continues to work today.
Anna received honorable mention in the Best Photographer category in 2008 in the Associated Press Society of Ohio competition, and received second and third place for her feature photos in 2009. She also received honorable mention for a news photo in the Best Spot News category in the Suburban Newspapers of America in 2009.
Anna enjoys capturing moments of every day life with her camera whether it is children playing at the beach, or rival sports teams dueling it out on the sports field.
