About Me
My love of baking and cake design began at the age of 7, when I helped my Maternal Grandma make marzipan bears to decorate a 'Teddy Bears' Picnic' cake. Whilst those bears lived well beyond the life-span of the cake, my passion for celebratory cake creation survived even longer. More recently, an extravagant plan to make a Model T Ford from Gingerbread (see the Gallery for pics) turned grand dessert design into an annual event. But I still couldn't get enough...It wasn't until I spent a fantastic year au-pairing in Australia, that I came to realise that the joy I had in playing with dough and designing cakes for kids could be a viable career. I'm a massive fan of TLC's 'Cake Boss' too, and always picking up tips and tricks for projects there.I love to discuss cake-design ideas or themes, so if you have a project (or flavour) in mind, or need help deciding on the ideal cake for your event, feel free to get in touch. Presently located in Hampton, Middlesex. Cakes available for pick-up or delivery within a 10 mile radius. Payment on delivery. All realistic budgets catered for.
