Provided with a queensize bed, a 3-door cupboard, a bedside table, a towel rack, a wall mirror and a wall fan.
Single Room
Provided with a single bed, 2-door cupboard, a book rack, a towel rack and a ceiling fan
However, this room is not available to be rent individually. In order to get this facility is by renting the whole house with our Family Package.
The Hall
With the space of 10 X 20 ft, it is a spaceous area for your family to have a ralaxing moments during your vacation. It is provided with 21" TV set, drinking water container, a cabinet, some chairs & large pillows.
Have a great moment while watching your favorite channel show.
The Dining
Capacity of 4 persons. However, we provide a single 'mengkuang' mat for addditional members for a traditional way of dining. A tea pot set and a table fan.
The Kitchen
Wet or heavy cooking is NOT allowed. We provide an electric kettle to boil water, some glasses and a glass jar and a refrigerator.
Second Bathroom
A Malaysian toilet with flush, a sink and shower. We also provide towel rack and a mirror
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn
Just about 1.5 kilometers from Anjung Tamu, it is a renouned Universiti which expanded dramatically since its first established.
It is said that UTHM is the only university offering Aeronautical Cources in Malaysia. It has it's own mini airport located in Jalan Tanjong Labuh.
It's convocation ceremony is held in August each year.
Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA
Located just next to Taman Universiti and before the UTHM is the Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM). It is a college which offers diploma level cources in construction fields.

Dining in Parit Raja
As you are not allowed to cook in tha house, we'd like to suggest a few places where you can have your meal with your family.
Located near the entrance, alongside the main road (jalan Kluang), there are several restaurants which serve nice food. One of them is Al-Azhar corner which opened 24/7. They serve variety of food, starting from Indian style to western style foods.
There are also some Thai food reataurants (open from 5.00pm till midnight), beryani restaurant etc.
New restaurant is in town!! The Layali Hadramaut Arabic Restaurant where you can find the authentic Yemeni menus..
However, you'll also find some find restaurant at Parit Raja town center such as Restoran Bisik-bisik (for those who like to dine in exclusive ambiance), Kelantanese 'warongs' and a lot of Roti Canai stalls alongside of the road for breakfast.

Parit Raja Specialties
Kerepek
Parit Raja has its own special product that is well known around Malaysia, kerepek. People from all around came to Parit Raja just to get some 'kerepek' to bring home. These kerepek are sold in various sizes, that is from 1kg - 5kg packs.
Cendol Madu
This warong is always full of people. The taste is one of its kind. Have a sip, you'll come again for another one!

1. Payment is in Malaysian Ringgit cash. (Check-in)
2. Refund is given if cancellation of booking done 1 week before date for weekdays or 2 weeks before date for
weekends / holidays. No refund is given if cancellation done after that.
3. Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out 12.00pm.
4. House keeping service is NOT AVAILABLE at any time.
5. Cooking is prohibited except using available electric appliances
6. Safety of occupants of the house and their property is top priority. Therefore it is advisable:
