The entire purpose of the organization is to assist the Church of Pakistan (CIPBC) in her social, economic and religious matters for the uplift and development of the Anglican Christians and as a witness to the Non-Anglicans by providing them all possible assistance in their social and economic difficulties and problems.

INTRODUCTION:
The Word Pak is a word from our national language Urdu which means HOLY. Agency wishes to serve Community of Diocese of Lahore Spiritual ,Socially and Economically without any discrimination.
Thus "P.A.S.S. implies holistic and integrated development of the entire person mind, body and spirit. PASS believes that poverty stands in the way of the individuals and communities from discovery their full potential and worth given to them by God and from experiencing His love and grace in its fullness.
Pak-Anglican Social Services (PASS) was established in 2009 by the dedicated and devoted members of Diocese.The Organization is nonprofit and non-political.
It is committed to the uplift of the oppressed, exploited and marginalized members of society through economic, education and social programs.
PROJECTS:
1. Education (Formal and informal) St. Mary's School Narowal, ACC Mission School Chawk Azam
2. Services to the orphan children and handicap
3. Relief to the victims of natural calamites
4. Services to the widows and Old People
5. Medical Assistance to the most unprivileged ones
6. Vocational Training to the illetrate women (PASS VOCATIONAL CENTER NAROWAL)
7. SUNDAY SCHOOLS AND LAY LEADERS TRAINNING PROGRAM
