I have been working out with Angela since December 2009 and have seen amazing changes in my body and significant weight loss. Angela has been extremely motivating and influential in my journey to be in the best shape of my life. She has helped me to make the appropriate changes in my lifestyle to continue on my journey to life a healthier life. Working out with Angela is always one of my favorite times of the week--it's all about helping me to reach my goals toward a healthier lifestyle and more fit and toned body.
Angela is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise and nutrition and if she doesn't have an immediate answer for you, she will do the research to completely answer your question or address your concern. Angela has tailored my workouts to my goals and has helped to work around the minor injuries I have had while I've been working with her.
Working with Angela is one of the best things to ever happen in my life! She is understanding, compassionate and has become a good friend. I think sometimes she knows me better than I know myself and will push me to my limits because she knows I can do it.

Angela is the BEST trainer I have ever worked with. She devotes every minute to you and helps to keep you on track. She has a way of making the hour fly by and before I even know it, I have my workout done for the day. She is really knowledgeable about exercise and is also very informed about nutrition. She takes the time to make sure you're in perfect form and breathing properly during every rep of every exercise. I am 100% confident I will get to my goal weight with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Angela for almost a year and she is one of the best! I lost several pounds, gained muscle and lost body fat. But more than just the numbers, she turned me on to a love for fitness. She taught me how to become a runner and how to strength train on my own. She doesn't just go through the motions, she takes a personal interest in helping you reach your fitness goals. She pushes when it's necessary and keeps you motivated. I would still be working out with her to this day if she hadn't moved out of state.
