TRX Suspension Training
The TRX Suspension Training system is designed to give a whole body workout, improving your core stability, muscle strength, tone and flexibility. Alice can tailor a TRX workout to meet your fitness goals and add that extra dimension to your training plan.
The beauty of the TRX is that it can be adapted to work at home or outdoors, so no matter what the weather is doing, your programme can remain consistent.

Exercising during your pregnancy will help you to cope with the huge physical demands on your body, labour and the early stages of motherhood.
Moderate physical activity during pregnancy also has positive effects on your growing baby, allowing a more efficient oxygen and blood flow to the womb.
ahfitness will guide you through a fit and healthy pregnancy and help your body to recover after giving birth.
I specialise in abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation, as well as safe cardio exercise to help shift that extra baby weight.

ahfitness has designed a series of express 30min core stability and stretch sessions to help prevent work-related postural dysfunctions and back pain. These sessions will help support your staff in their daily activities, improving their desk posture and overall wellbeing - creating a fit, focussed and motivated workforce for your business.
ahfitness specialises in outdoor training and is currently running the Highbury Outdoor fitness class at the Emirates Stadium, London N5.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and includes a complete programme of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
The class takes place weekly on:

Alice Hancock launched ahfitness in June 2009 with the vision of making exercise an accessible and enjoyable part of everyday life.
Alice has extensive experience teaching a variety of exercise disciplines and has found her passion in pre and post natal exercise.
She has been working with the Central YMCA in London since 2006 and has recently joined YMCAfits team of Assistant Tutors, delivering world-renowned fitness instructing and personal training courses.
Alice is Level 3 REPs registered and a full member of the Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors.
