When booking a personal training session you will get a tailored programme and a periodised long term programme made specifically for your goals.
The training buddy service is offered in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. It is offered to motivate, guide you through individual sessions and provide you with company when exercising.
Sports Massage can be booked as a 30 minute back massage or a 60 minute full body massage.
Sport Massage involves deep tissue manipulation to relieve stress, tension and remove knots within the muscular tissue.
Nutritional assessments are in place to aid you in weight loss or enhance your performance.
Through food diaries, questionnaires and interviews, I can provide you with clear strategies to provide you with the extra push.

Pregnancy massage is offered in either a 45 minute or 60 minute session.
Pregnancy massage can be performed on either a massage chair or massage couch.
