My major is Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. This summer I am doing an internship with Girl Talk and then hope to AmeriCorps for a year. I was born in England and moved to Georgia at the age of six. I am a vegetarian and love life. I love spending time with friends and my family, traveling, as well as helping those in need. In March 2009, I went on the GCSU Alternate Spring Break in Immokalee, Florida. Here my passion for the nonprofit sector was born. I am in the process of getting certified for nonprofit management through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.I look forward to using my public relations skills and my passion for the nonprofit sector to make a positive change in the world.
