How to orderPERSONAL PICKUPOrdered items are available for personal pickup. You may see it, try it, feel it or eventually order something else in my studio in Prague 6, Dejvice. It is possible only after our agreement, we will send you the address through email. In such case, only payments in cash are possible. Orders must by picked up within 10 days following the order confirmation, unless we agree to do otherwise. If you do not pick up the order and do not respond to messages, your order will be cancelled. All prices are quoted including VAT (DPH).BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPALYou can pay for the ordered items with bank transfer or through PayPal. After submitting your order you will receive an email with order confirmation and payment instructions. We will ship your order as soon as we receive payment from you. We will also send you a confirmation email. Payments must be made within 10 days following the order confirmation, unless we agree to do otherwise. If you do not pick up the order and do not respond to messages, your order will be cancelled. All prices are quoted including VAT (DPH).SHIPPINGWe ship all orders as soon as possible after receiving payment from you. All items are insured. After we ship the order a confirmation email will be sent to you. Cost of shipping through Czech Postal Service (eská pošta) is 65 CZK within Czech Republic.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Send us an email with your shipping address and we will respond with the shipping costs.RETURNSYou may return purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Items must not be damaged, used and must come with the confirmation of payment included. The best way is to return items personally. If you decide to ship items, it is necessary to ship in the same package as it was sent to you and insure the package. Should you decide to return purchased items, send us an email requesting return and we will send you the instructions and the shipping address. In this case, shipping costs are paid by you. If the package is lost or damaged, it will be your responsibility. If you receive damaged items, please, do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to repair or change the items for you. Also, please, feel free to contact us, should you accidentally damage an item and you would like to repair it or should you be interested in making another similar item for you.
