"Leading a team of internatonal interns during my AIESEC internship in China has exposed me to fascinating multi cultural team environment"
Future Plans with AIESEC:
My future plan with AIESEC is to become the OC for the National President's Meeting (NPM). By becoming the OC for the NPM, I will be able to further my AIESEC experience as I have already gone through most of the steps of the AIESEC experience. Also, during this term I want to gain more practical skills as the VP of Marketing and I want to encourage other members to do an internship abroad so they can have the same experience I had in China.

1. Expand into Emerging Markets
With over 10% annual GDP growth, China, India, Brazil and other emerging markets represent a major growth opportunity for many American companies. Taking an AIESEC intern can help you establish a foothold in these markets.
4. Cost and Flexibility
AIESEC trainees add value to your company at a cost that is a fraction of what you would pay entry-level associates (<50%). You can hire them at any time of the year and for any length of time between 2-18 months.
2. International Flavor and Recruiting
Trainees bring a unique perspective to your firm, often have a multitude of language capabilities, and can be cost effectively recruited and trained to fit your company's existing international network.
5. Life Changing Experience
Hosting a trainee from abroad is not only a life changing experience for the student, it is a life changing experience for you, your company and AIESEC NIU students we send abroad.
3. Visas, Healthcare and Support
Supported directly by the Department of State, AIESEC has access to expedited J-1 Visa services. All foreign interns in the U.S. are also covered under the AIESEC healthcare insurance program, and AIESEC NIU arrange for intern housing, transportation & social life.
