AED is a National Pre-Health Honor Society dedicated to helping undergraduate students prepare for medical, graduate, dental, and all other health professional schools and careers. We offer opportunities in community service and clinical experience, as well as numerous chances to interact with many health professionals and UCSD students.

MEMBERS NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP
As a National Member, you will be officially registered with the AED National Office and join a distinguished group of pre-professional health students and alumni. You will be eligible for leadership positions and scholarships.

The requirements for National Membership are:
- An interest in the health and medicine.
- Junior standing (90 units) and at least five quarters
of coursework with both science and overall GPA's
above 3.2
- AED member for at least two quarters (attend all
GBMs and at least 1 social event, and complete 4
hours of service with AED per quarter).

Diabetes DIABETES CLINIC
Held Mondays and Fridays, our Diabetes Clinic gives student volunteers a unique, hands-on opportunity to interact with patients by measuring blood-glucose levels and giving resource referrals with an under-served community in inner San Diego.

Fridays 9-11 AM
Saturdays (Jan 21, Feb 11, Mar 3)
