"On the back of two top 30 singles comes Doris' debut album, a classy exercise in adapting alternative influences for a wider audience."

who are doris?
Originally formed in 2005, the band have seen some changes in their lineup. Founding members Phil Redmond (vocals), Chris McDonnell (bass) and Gerry McDonnell (manager) have used these changes to the band's advantage.
Last year doris launched their debut album, The Working Title, an album inspired by the passage of time and how we come of age, reflected by song titles such as Getting Older, Left Behind and Will I Ever Learn.
The band is made up of Phil Redmond, Paul Higgins, Chris McDonnell and Neil Craven, the name Doris coming from the tour bus in the clut-classic film, Almost Famous. With the management team of Gerry McDonnell and Adam Browne.
Doris love playing live and to date have appeared regularly at many of the countrys top venues including The Academy, Crawdaddy, Eamonn Dorans and The Button Factory in Dublin as well as appearing in Cork, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick, Belfast and everywhere in-between.
Getting Older, out now.
