Milk Protein Concentrate
Our MPC 70 and MPC 80/85 are manufactured from fresh, pasteurized, ultrafiltrated skimmed milk. The product is processed with low heat to maintain a high nutritional value. MPC provides excellent solubility and dispersibility, a very clean flavor profile, and good heat stability. It is suitable for nutritional applications, cheese milk extension, recombined cheese, and processed cheese.
Where permitted MPC can be used to increase the protein level in cheese milk to achieve greater cheese yield without any significant capital investment.
Whey Protein Concentrate
Whey Proteins have the highest biological value of all proteins making them suitable for a wide range of nutraceutical and functional food systems.
Whey Protein Concentrates form stable fat emulsions and are stable over a wide pH range.

Butter
Butter is made exclusively from milk or fresh cream, or a combination of both. Butter contains 80 percent or more milkfat and can have salt added. Unsalted butter is preferred over salted butter in cooking and baking applications because it allows recipes to be seasoned to taste. Butter can be used as a spread, a cooking fat, or a baking ingredient. The texture of butter results from the churning or kneading process during production. Churning establishes a fat crystalline structure which ultimately carries texture through to the finished baked good
