BEHIND THE LENS

The quest to capture details of my surroundings began very early when I was given my first camera at age nine. My initial and rather reluctant subject was my Irish Setter who tried desperately to escape the clicking machine.Since then I have developed a great admiration and awe for nature, especially the neverending variety, majesty and colors of flowers. This collection includes flora, fauna, landscapes, abstracts and city sites captured mostly in New York City and my adopted hometown of Brooklyn, NY.
