Elad has been the mastermind behind the company’s advanced customer support solutions. His forward thinking ideas have led to the development of in-house software tools and support methods, which enable the company to provide top notch support and effectively share knowledge with a global and diverse user base of tens of millions.
Prior to joining Wix in 2008, Elad founded and created a CRM system for the gaming industry. That followed his three years in Retalix serving as the Global Customers Manager. Elad gained deep understanding in his field, having previously served as a member in an elite technology team, in the Israeli Defense Force’s renowned intelligence unit 8200.
