We are glad to have any families who want to join us in events and activities to join our group and participate in any of the activities that we attend. We are a recognized charter with AANR, and have access to over 200 clubs and resorts nationwide. Membership dues are only what is required by AANR. We do have regular activities and we do gladly accept DONATIONS of cash, check, money order, construction materials, clothing, toys, and other items that we can sell to help cover our expenses. We are a multi racial group and do not discriminate based on race, body structure, national origin, religion, age, body art or piercings. Although we do have some guidlines that we consider in regards to piercings and body art simply due to the family atmosphere and appropriate material and jewelry. We do however maintain a FAMILY atmosphere and donot allow single male memberships unless specific criteria are met. We also require that members under the age of 18 are required to have parental permission to obtain membership and attend any activities or obtain individual club membership if the parent is not already a member. We have a program that offers a reduced rate for minors until the age of 18. This membership has a one time fee rather than an annual fee and will automatically roll over to a regular membership once the member turns 18. Please see our places to be bare page for affiliated clubs and resorts that we believe to be safe and reliable sources for recreational activities. Please be aware that the ONLY clubs or resorts listed on our places page are places or clubs that we personally have attended or are associated with group members in good standing. We are a "way of living club, unlike most other clubs in this area, we are NOT ONLY a nude recreational group, we also live and teach that being nude is a natural moral way of life...not just a recreational activity. We believe that God made us in His own image and that image was as we were born...unclothed. We believe that all persons regardless of size, age, race, gender, etc., are created equal and that nudity in itself should not be considered unnaceptable in society. If you feel the same way, you are free to join our club, view our site and find others in your area that are similarily minded. We are not here for judgemental people, who think nudity is only ok if you are super attractive,think that nudity is for sexual purposes only. We have strict codes of conduct and requirements of membership for the security of our members.
Unlike many other similar clubs we do understand that the changing economy has its affects on all of us and therefore, we do not require paid memberships, but economic standards must be met in order to waive membership fees. pay utility bills and prepare for the summer heat wave. We are accepting used and new fans and window air conditioner units, as well as cool clean clothing for
families to have summer clothes for thier kids. Although we believe that no clothing is more comfotable than wearing clothes, we also understand there is a great need for clothing for the families that are not comfortable in thier own skin as well as there is the need for clothing in public areas which are governed by local and state ordinaces.
We are accepting donations to help pay utility bills for families that are at risk of having water and lights shut off as well. Several donation options are available:

BARE SCOUTS
We are pleased to announce the beginning of BARE SCOUTS, a national program for naturist and non naturist kids ages 8-17. Stemming from the basis of the education and way of life beginnings of our experiencs in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Awana, Sunday School and other similar programs with similar agendas for the kids to associate, build friendships and learn good morals based on the foundation of biblical values, in a clothing optional environment that they are already accustomed to.
This group is designed to help bridge the gaps between race, gender, social stautus, ethnic backgrounds, religious backgrounds and help teach tolerance and acceptance regardless of any physical differences.
Eventually, we hope to have local and regional charters to keep kids together, but the club now is a national club and will be only planning seasonal and annual events that will be open to all its members, currently all events will be held in sunny southern California.
For the security of our kids, we do a full screening of all parents who are interested in joining this program. And we do not allow (EVEN ANFA GROUP MEMBERS) persons to be participants in Bare Scouts events or activities unless they have a child, preteen or teen currently enrolled in the program.
WE do however gladly accept donations for the program and do publically recognize those persons who contribute.
We are a "go green" collaboration with the desire to enhance the creativity in our children through fun arts and crafts, advanced survival training and other active events, while prioritizing family values and ethics. Bare Scouts is structured to maintain the individuality of each child in a clothing optional environment.

Melissa is a newbie mom who was raised by a Kindergarten teacher and single mom. Her background extends to going on mission trips to help children who are living in Mexico under poverty. She was actively raised in summer camps and other youth programs through Calvary Christian Church in Santa Ana where she attended school from 3-8 grade. Additionally she was involved in an Awana program at a young age that enabled her to learn creative ways to get closer to the Lord. Melissa is a devoted Christian and is beloved aunt to two boys ages 3 and 4.

ANFA is founded by Michael and Lorraine Beals. They are a mixed race family who are parents of 2 children (ages 4 & 10). Michael is a devoted father to four other children of his own (ages 15, 18, 22 & 23), three of which have chosen professional careers in the development of kids and social services. Lorraine, herself, is currently employed in the field of providing activities and social services for mentally and physically challenged adults.
Michael was raised in a clothing optional environment at home by a southern baptist minister. With both the love and support of his family, this 15 year old teenager is excelling in his social and academic abilities in the public school system.

ACTIVITIES will include but not limited to: "rough country" camping trip ( a two day, one night no facility camping trip to Deep Creek. A popular camping spot in Southern California. Kids will be taught the art of making shelters, cooking, hygiene and more using ONLY natural materials provided by God. Some modern things such as cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc will be supplied.
Daily activities such as swimming, games, arts and crafts, singalongs, hiking, scavenger hunts, non denominational bible readings (we will allow kids from non christian religions to have a time of expression also), and more.
We are considering several shorter weekend camping trips to Catalina Island as wellas some other local areas in the San Bernadino and Los Angeles mountains.

Nudes have been a mainstay in he art world for many years. Even in early history, nudes have been portrayed in a nonsexual way. The original Cistine Chapel in Rome had the ceiling painted by artist Michelangelo which cotained literally hundreds of nude and partially nude adults, children and angels.
Almost every art gallery worldwide contains not only paintings, but sketches, statues and photography of the nude human form. All of these are family safe and are a part of everyday culture. Statues are common in parks, public squares, churches, museums, tourism attractions, etc.
Most professional photograpers have thousandsof nudes in thier portfolios, many of which are even publshed and marketed for sale to publications, print sales, museums, resorts and private homes.
In general, American society accepts nudes in art form, but shuns public nudity by live indivuduals unless they are involved in an artistic production. I seems negatively ironic that the human body can be accepted as artistic and non sexual in the art world but be considred innapropriate for general living when much of nude art shows a way of life were nudity is normal and approriate. There are of course many art forms that also include sexuality and sensuality without a porngraphic context. Even this art form is acceptable to most Americans and yet basic naturl nudity isnt. Art is a vision into the open minds of its viewers, life should be an extention of art just as art is the depiction of life.
NUDITY IS NATURAL AND WHOLESOME. ACCORDING TO BIBLICAL REFERENCES, NUDITY IN ITSELF IS NOT ONLY NATURAL AND ACCEPTABLE, BUT NOT CONSIDERED AS SINFUL OR IMMORAL.
Theology of Clothing
Many people with different philosophies all claim God's guidance. Some say our bodies are a wonderful creation and showing them in public is proper and beautiful. Others say that our bodies are sinful flesh warring against the soul, the source of lust and impure desires, and therefore ought to be kept hidden. Most of the rest claim it is too disgusting to even talk about. But let's look at the evidence.
TRYING TO HIDE FROM GOD
Adam and Eve were created in God’s image Genesis 2:25. ..”They were naked, both husband and wife and were not ashamed……”
After Adam disobeyed God and was sinful ( Gen. 3:6-11), he was ashamed and afraid and tried to hide his shame. He tried to hide behind fig leaves but God was angered at Adam's excuse for covering himself. God asked: "Who told you that you were naked?" This was man's immediate confused reaction to sin. When God exhiled Adam and Eve from the garden of Eden, The lands outside of the garden were harsh and full of danger. At that point, man was in need of protection against elements and nature. So God provided that protection in the form of cloth and skins (Gen. 4:21) before he drove them from the garden, which shows that there IS a need for clothing at times, but it IS NOT required as a way to avoid sin.
Clothes were for man's mental comfort, thinking he could hide, and were not for God's benefit. When one builds a temple, he usually doesn't mind if people look at the masterpiece and admire it. Why would God want modesty when only 2 people existed and they were declared husband and wife? Later God provided animals for food and man used their skins for clothing. God went along with man's idea of clothes to try and hide his sin as a concession if it would make him feel better. Throughout history, biblical art has shown that nudity was normal and acceptable even in children and angels. It has been mans choice to distort the connection between nudity and sin.
The Bible and Nudity
The Old Testament of the bible is commonly used to set the stage for biblical Law:
Based on the book of Exodus, in which the famed “Ten Commandments” were given, we as Christians should recognize the bibles true teachings in ALL aspects including nudism.
According to the Bible, the book of JOB, was a biography of a very devout God fearing and faithful man who was strongly against sin of any kind. In the very first part of this book. Nudity was referred to VERY clearly as to NOT being sinful: (Jb. 1:20-22) “Then Job arose and removed his clothing and said (21) Naked came I out of my mother’s womb and naked shall I return thither. The Lord giveth and the same he taketh away. Blessed is the name of the Lord. (22) These things were said and done in the eyes of the Lord and in all this, there was no sin committed”.
There was no mistaking the idea when "the word of the Lord" came through Ezekiel in reference to Israel: " I made you grow like a plant of the field, naked and bare. You grew up and became tall and arrived at full maidenhood; your breasts were formed and your pubic hair had grown" (Ezek 16:7).
Later in Ezekiel, the most COMMON argument against nudity is when Moses came down from the mountain with the ten commandments (Ezek. 32:25) in which Moses witnessed the sin and “saw they were naked”, and was angered by the people’s behavior. BUT if you read the entire passage, you will find that the sin WAS NOT that they were naked, but rather that they were dancing naked in a sinful manner and worshipping the golden calf that Aaron had them build. The sin was not the lack of clothing but rather the act of disregarding the commandment that God gave which stated “thow shalt worship NO other gods before Me” And "Thou shalt not committ adultery". This is one of the most distorted passages of the Bible that is used to promote the teaching that being nude is sinful.
Other passages that are commonly used as arguments are found in several locations, but many of the passages if read carefully are using the term "nakedness" referring to a sensuality and sexual behavior.
But read the rest of the Chapter: Jerusalem after being "Clothed with embroidered cloth, swathed in fine linen, and covered with silk" (16:10) "trusted in your beauty and played the harlot." (16:15) This misuse of God's gifts, not respectfully using our bodies as God intended, is what caused God to become angry. In this passage it clearly states that CLOTHING was the root of the sinful behavior. In fact many places in the Old Testament concur that clothing is for protection, not as a element of morality. The New Testament is recognized my almost all Christian faiths as an amendment to the Old Testament But virtually NONE of the Christian faiths will indicate that the New Testament Overrides the Law of the Old testament. In fact, it does quite the opposite. The New Testament validates all of the law and prophesy of the Old Testament.
God commanded Isaiah to go naked and barefoot for three years. King David danced naked in the City of David to celebrate the return of the Ark. When his wife Michal criticized his dancing nude, she was soundly rebuffed and ended up childless until her death (II Samuel 6:20-23). Peter fished nude. The Jewish prophets were commonly naked, so much so that when Saul stripped off his clothes and prophesied naked the people figured he must be a prophet ( I Sam.19:24).
THE NEW TESTAMENT AND THE TOPIC OF NUDITY
As early as the first book of the New Testament, nudity is addressed as protection, NOT morality. (Mt. 25:36) is an example of society’s distortion of the Word….This passage “ I was naked and ye clothed me” is often used as a verse to encourage people to be clothed…BUT if you read the entire passage (Mt. 36-39) You will find that being naked is referred to along side of health related issues such as being sick and being thirsty. This passage is directly designed NOT for us to make each other wear clothes because of morality, RATHER it to encourage US to help underpriveledged and needy people. If they are thirsty, we should give drink, sick..we should give medical care, hungry..we should give food, if unprotected from elements..we should give clothing. Telling someone that being naked is sinful is like telling someone that is a sin to be sick, hungry, thirsty or poor and in need.
The last supper with Jesus hardly resembled anything close to a modern formal, sit-down dinner. Jesus himself was undressed at some point, according to John 13:4-5: Jesus rose from the table and laid aside his garments briefly.
Christ was not only naked on the cross but he also left "the linen cloths lying there" (Jn 20:5) in the tomb when he rose. Did He tell Thomas to wait a moment while he took off His robe and then to "put out your hand and place it in my side"?
If it is really wrong to be seen nude, why would Jesus be around the naked fisherman who "stripped for work" (Jn 21:7) In this passage, the fisherman, Simon Peter, had been fishing naked for quite some time in the presence of Jesus who had not made mention to him being nude. Only AFTER Simon Peter knew that he was in the presence of Jesus, was he embarrassed that he had not previously obey Jesus when told to do certain things to better fulfill his position, so he put on a coat and jumped into the water.
Did those who were baptized by John have to be dressed? It was the early Church's custom to baptize men, women, and children together nude. The priest strips off the candidate's clothing before leading them into the water, were Saint Chrysostom's instructions (c.400). Saint Hippolytus of Rome (c.200) says total nudity was required; women were to remove even jewelry and combs. Saint Cyril of Jerusalem (c.350) preached to nude candidates: "You are now stripped and naked, in this also imitating Christ on the Cross. " Th
Many theories are up for discusion, but it has been a regularly studied topic for hundeds of years. It has been determined by many professionls world wid that being raised with nudity and accptance of being nude around otherscan reduce curiosities which can lad to deviant behaviors, low self esteem due to peer ressurs aout appearance, and many other phsycological disorders and problems.
