For many years the windsurflabor.de Team moves from Sotavento Beach after the Windsurf Worldcup to the Beach of Costa Calma, to the Fuerte Fun Center for the Windsurf Camps Fuerteventura, also in 2010 the Camp was held at the Beaches of Costa Calma and Matas Blancas. 18 Students were separated in morning and afternoon groups. While the morning group practised their Jibes and waterstarts, stance and speed at Costa Calma, right in front of the Windsurf Center, the Freestyle afternoon group used the Flatwater Beach of Matas Blancas and also Costa Calma for their Airjibe, Loop and New School Freestyle Move attempts. All in all it has been a great Event once again, with very nice people and tons of Motivation plus some very nice conditions especially in the morning at the Costa Calma.see also images..... >>>

Ohhh God seven and a half years ago, I started with a dream of "being in the top three in the world in freestyle Windsurfing " Thanking God and the support of my sponsors I have achieved second position in the World Championship PWA Lanzarote 2010 .
I'm happy with my position and I share this dream with everyone who supported me during my career ..I also want to thanks, my God , my Angel Tom ;) my family and my friends for motivating me and for supporting me all the time ..
it was really nice to see everyone in Lanzarote and sail with them again ...this year the level was increbible and much more radical, a lot of action, and new moves.. really nice ...
meeting Sara again in the final was great !! Sara has an incredible level and this year was the favorite to win in lanzarote, I'm happy for her success she is the best
In Lanzarote the first day of competition we had no wind but the second day was great wind perfect for 4.7 and 90 liter, making it posible to nearly complete the single elimation , enfortunately the wind stoped for the final and the losers final.The third day the wind did not come until the evining .. we tried to enter the water with 5.0 and 90 liters and Sara with 5.2 and 88 liters, the heat started with seven minutes because the wind was a little shaky, despite making my three maneuvers out but only two at the beach, Sara never had pressure on the sail, soo they cancelled the heat making it fair, they were able to make the semifinals of the guys, so we had to wait for the next day .. the last day of competition, conditions improved and I was in the first heat of the day with Sara .. everything was ready just waiting for the red flag to go into the water ..going out I lost my fin ahhhhhhhhh could not believe it , but this is normal in Lanzarote if you do not see the rocks that happens .... I was quiet nervous could Tom enter the water with my other fin , thank God i could get in to the water ten seconds before the green flag, all I could use was 40% of the area of competition as i did not have time to get upwind and start next to Sara ... but it was a super fun heat with a good spock 540, Shaka, Flaka , which i really enjoyed , toward the beach, switch clewfirst Puneta ,Spock 540 but i crashed the Sleider ... I'm happy with my second position ... in the afternoon they tried to start the double , but could not finish as the wind dropped again ... lanzarote this year has been wonderful for me I love the island and Thank God I was able to sail with no stress only fun ......
I hope we can return next year to compete here in Lanzarote again, congratulations to Sara for her victory and laurels for third place and the rest of the girls junko, Xenia, Olga, Nayra, Aurin, Heike for a nice competition ..
Now we are in lanzarote for two more weeks, then traveled to WSL Clinics fuertevetura for 4. 9/ August "Jibe and Style" in Costa Calma ...
The forecast is for strong winds and waves in four days time ..it will be great to have a rest from freestyle and go and play in the waves with my friend .... :)

I ´m happy with my 3rd place at the Fuerteventura World Cup 2009 and happy too with my 4th overall PWA this is the best result in my carrier and one of my dreams in Sport !! Thank God !!!!
I like soo much Fuerteventura because it is like my home spot El Yaque, a little bit choppy and gusty but some time perfect for freestyle !!!
After Lanzarote we stayed three weeks before the competition in Fuerteventura for training, every day we had a different condition on the water, strong wind, light wind gusty and choppy and some time small waves, very hard for training freestyle in this condition, but every day is different in your life and when you don´t have a good day, the day after this is much better !
we had two days competition with strong wind and flat water this was perfect condition for freestyle. i had one heat with Junko Nagoshi this year she sailed very good she was second in Lanzarote and before the competition she was training a lot, i sailed my heat with 3,4 full power and i made a good heat with some crash ;) but good to avdance in the next heat with Iballa R. Moreno she sailed also very good too in the first heat what she had before, Iballa made a perfect Toad and flaka and very fast Spock 540 and some more moves for sure i needed my best heat with her !!
Thank God i had a good heat with Iballa and avdanced again in this single i finished 3rd, i was soo happy with this place !!! Sara won the single like always she was special on the water with very nice moves and a good smile :) and Daida finished second she sailed very good too with nice goiter one hand and fast Clew first Spock, spock 540 and Flakas Cana Brava.
in my second day competition the wind was again strong and very very flat and i waited for my heat with Nayra Alonso she was this day very good nice Grubbys and fast Spock but i made too a good heat with her and i finished my double in 3rd position again :) i was soo happy :) !!
the next two days the wind was very light and the last day we tried an expression session but the wind was again light, so we finished the event with one double. this is better than nothing and i´m very happy with my result. i trained a lot for this moment and now i training more for the next dream !! i want to say thank God for this moment i know you are always with me, Thank my husband, my family, my friends for motivate me, and thank a lot to my sponsors for supporting me all the time and all the people for all comments before and after the competition.
i train more and more for the next year for more fun on the water !!

I take de 5th place in Lanzarote PWA 2009!!!!
The PWA world cup 2009 in Lanzarote playa las Cucharas is over and i take de 5th place in really hard but good conditions!!!
This year in lanzarote the conditions were really crazy !! we stayed ten days in playa las cucharas and the first five days was no wind for training before the competition we have time for relax and for some fotoshooting at the beautyful and different style in the Lanzarote Island !! the first day of competition the condition was good wind for 4.7 and 5.4 and flat and choppy condition i finish 5th in the single elimination !!!
the second day the wind was really good too with some small wave, i sailed my heat with 4,2 and was really good session i finish 5th in the double elimination!
the third day the waves were more big and very strong gusty wind !!! i take my 3.7 and was too big but 3.4 too !!!! really hard to sail freestyle in this condition but was very fun day !! i like the strong wind but i prefer the choppy water and small waves for freestyle and this day was really big waves!! for guys was a party on the water but for me was a tsunami after me ;) !!!! but it was a good day and i could finish 3rd at the single elimination!!! this was a really good moment again for me !!! in the double i finish 4th !!
the last day the wind was like the first day i take my 4.7 again and finish 5th in this single and double elimination !!!
was a really good competition !! really nice too see again all the girls and the guys on the water and was really good for me take control and concentration for this hard condition, i finish 5th and i´m happy with this result !!!!!

I´m really happy with the heats I sailed!!! and I´was soooo Happpy with sailing my first Final with Sara Quita!!! and happy taking my first second place in the first Double elimination !!! aaaaaaand happy too with my 4th place !!!!!

Carve & Ride Lanzarote
In the year 2009 the windsurflabor.de Windsurf clinics started to search some new destinations for the 2010 Fanatic Pro Camps and decided to organize the first Lanzarote Carve and Ride Event at the CNS, a Fanatic “The Boarderscenter”, Costa Teguise.
Now, that the one week Event has just finished it is clear that Lanzarote will be a permanent Fanatic Pro Camp Destination. It was not only the beauty of the Canarian Island and the great variety of Lanzarote´s World Cup Spot, which offers Flat and Choppy water same as Waves, especially the CNS Team around Laurent, Russel, Marie and Charly made the week a very unforgettable one for the entire group.
With great Equipment the swiss, dutch and polish students started the Clinic week in Lanzarote´s Waves to improve their sailing, learn from Duckjibes up to Forward Loops, before a no wind day gave the chance to explore the Island with its Volcanos and Vineyards and for a nice Surf Session at the Beach of Famara, a great day to recover for the second windy half of the week and for some first complete forward loop rotations, Jibes and Duckjibes.
The date for the 2011 Lanzarote Fanatic Pro Camp will be announced shortly.
Wave Special Morocco 2010 "
Between the 28th of April and the 03rd of May our second Edition of the “Wave Special” at the Magic Fun Afrika, a Fanatic ”The Boarderscenter” , was held at one of Morocco´s Top Wave Spots : Moulay Bouzerktoun. Coach Tom Brendt and Center Manager Bruno welcomed participants from Spain, Holland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium and Poland for a great week. The Goal of the Wave Special has been to teach anything about Waves and Waveriding, get Flatwater Windsurfers safely into the waves and their first Bottom Turns and Cut Backs and the more Wave experienced into the Air and onto better Waves for longer and more enjoyable rides, was more than achieved. The Spot showed his really best side throughout the entire week, with nice sets of waves rolling in the first day for Stand Up Paddle and Surf, more Waves and Windspeeds for the 4,7 and 4,2 Sails all following days, also helped perfectly. A Couscous Night Moroccon Style at the Café Resto and some nice Dinners in Essaouira let the Wave Special Moulay be a more than just good Event.
"Windsurflabor Pro Fanatic Camp El Yaque 2010 "
The first 2010 Fanatic Pro Camp is over. 6 windy windy days in El Yaque provided a perfect platform for the first 2010 WSL Event. Juts great for the participants coming from the US, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
the 8th time the Windsurflabor.de organized a Windsurf Clinic a tone of worlds Freestyle and Slalom Top Spots, in El Yaque at the Island of Margarita in Venezuela. Not only Cooperation Partner Planet Allsports helped by providing their Windsurf Centers and brandnew Fanatic and North Sails equipment, also the Restaurants Atti, Oasis, Fuerza 6 and Da Rocco, who served some delicious dinners for the group, the students, who arrived from the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Poland and throughout the entire week showed an immense Motivation to improve their Windsurfskills and last but not least, the windgods, which made the wind blow every single day for the 4,7 and 4,2 sails, to make this Fanatic Pro Camp 2010 a great and successful Event. The Jibe group and the Freestyle group got 4 5 hours of sailing each day including the tuiton and the students took their chances to improve their Jibes and Stance and to learn and understand the Forward Loop, Airjibes and Flakas, good themes to talk about at the daily Happy Hour and the following Dinner. The Event finished the 08th of February at the Planet Allsports Center, where the Sun and Fun Sportsclub organized a happy hour followed by the Event Video Clip and the 4 Dimension Movie presentation.
"Improve & Moves Greece Kos 2009"
The IMPROVE & MOVE Clinic at the BIG BLUE Windsurf Center is over. We would like to thank all our participants, who came from Russia, Israel, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and the US to join our Clinic at Psalidis in Greece. The Fanatic "The Baorderscenter" once again provided us with the latest North and Fanatic Gear to have a great time on the water. Also thanx to Spiros and his Team from the Big Blue Surf Center for all their Support and the Hotel Okeanis. In the past six days we really had some great times on and off the water and lots of Fun, also during our Dinners in the greek and italian Restaurant and the turkish Village close to KOS City.
"Fuerteventura Fanatic Fun Center Camp "
8 days with good winds and two nice Spots with Matas Blancas and Costa Calma in the south of Fuerteventura. This was our 2009 Fuerteventura Freestylecamp between the 03rd and 10th of august. It has been a pleasure to teach the morning group for Jibes and Jibe variations and the afternoon Freestyle group. Thanx to all participants for listening through the theory units and for having fun with us on the water !!!

"FBC Marocco & Moulay"
For the first Wave Special of the Fanatic/North Sails/Windsurflabor Event Tour, participants from Switzerland, Poland and Spain came to Moulay in Morocco with one goal: Learn everything about waves and how to ride the mountains of water. With Moulay Bouzerktoun in south Morocco one of the best wavespots along the African coastline has been chosen and we can say, it´s been a really good choice. With the already more famous Essaouira as base and with the Fanatic Boarder Center Magic Fun Afrika as provider of great gear we were ready to start the first Wave Special.
The six days clinic started with some low wind days, but no reason to be disappointed. It was a good chance to get used to Waves with some surfsessions and important theory, so once the wind and swell arrived at the second part of the week, everybody was ready to hit the waves and go for first small Bottom Turns and Cutbacks with big Waveboards NewWave 81 and 91 and the FreeWaves 86 and 77 and sails between 5,0 and 5,6, just perfect for a first day in already somehow powerful waves.
After all preparations in the previous days and excursions through the old and beautiful Medina of Essaouira, the wind finally arrived with full power for the 3,7 and 3,5m² sails in company with some nice 2 3 meter waves to spend all day long on the water, with only a short break at low tide when the whole reef just comes out of the water and gave as the opportunity for lunch in the Café Resto at the first floor of the Fanatic Boarders Center.
Morocco indeed was worth the trip and it was just great to have done a Wave Special at this spot. Thanks to Bruno from the Magic Fun Center for all his efforts and great service. We will be back with two Events in Essaouira Moulay in 2010, promised!
