This is an exclusive concert and Birthday Party for the ground breaking slasher movie Friday the 13th. Rock out to the metal sounds of First Jason and Soul Feeders, meet Friday the 13th celebrities, enjoy one of a kind panel discussions, and find out what might be next for our beloved hockey mask wearing killer!
A UNIQUE EVENT WITH FLAIR
In April, thousands of people will converge on the Sacramento, California to interact with Horror, Sci Fi, Supernatural, and Paranormal during the QUATRE CON 2010. The fairgrounds will be filled with fascinating sights and sounds as more than 500 celebrity guests, exhibitors, production companies, artists, publishers and local business to take part in this three-day celebration. Thirty one celebrities from classic Horror and Sci Fi films to the current HBO smash hit True Blood will be in attendance signing autographs, taking photos, and interacting with their fans, along with paranormal speakers and celebrities.
THE STAFF
Quatre Con 2010 staff members, contractors and employees, have extensive experience in events such as the ESPN X-Games, San Francisco Chronicle Fourth of July Fireworks & Waterfront Music Festival, 2009 Toyota Championship Winter Dew Tour, Harmony Festival, San Franciscos Fleet Week, KFOG Kaboom, Vallejo Pirate Festival, and Novato Renaissance Fair. The plans that are in place to manage this years event have been developed to protect life and property, to provide the most efficient traffic flow practicable, to help event visitors have an enjoyable time.

MISSION
As producer of Quatre Con 2010 (QUATRE CON EVENT MANAGEMENT LLC) we work with Scares That Care who works hand-in-hand with the non-profit organization(s) that are engaged in developing and providing aid for childrens charities to assist in obtaining their goals and funding needs. We intend to produce a net profit of at least $10,000 at our specialized event, the Quatre Con Film Festival and Conference. While working together with the non-profit organization(s) associated with Scares That Care, our team aims to reach and exceed their yearly goal of raising $10,000.
Most horror fans know Kane as one of the few to play Jason Voorhees in the Friday the 13th films more than once (Parts 7 - 10). In recent years he has played a variety of characters, with and without make-up. Most notably of late is the character of Victor Crowley in Adam Green's Hatchet
ARI LEHMAN is the actor/singer who has the unique honor of having played the role of the First Jason Voorhees in the Paramount Classic Horror Film "Friday the 13th" (1980). The original "Boy In The Lake" himself, Ari played a crucial role in the film's famous final scene, in which he suddenly emerges from the icy waters of Crystal Lake.
Appeared as horror characters Jason, Michael Myers, and Leatherface on film.
The decision to cast Mayhew as Chewbacca proved wise. The giant actor threw himself into the role with great determination.

All volunteers are hand selected by the QuatreCon Management and not all applicants are accepted to volunteer.
Volunteers will receive the following benefits:

Volunteers must work a minimum of 4 hours per day of the conference. Volunteers will be doing various jobs at the conference, including but not limited to, carrying items and boxes to various locations, checking passes at the doors, hanging signs, running registration desks, and various other duties. Miss Quatre Con 2010
We are looking for Vampires, Zombies, Aliens, and Monsters for our Miss Quatre Con 2011 Contest. So if you think you have what it takes to be one of our 12 Finalists. We want to hear from you. We are now accepting submissions for this years contest. Submissions close January 30, 2010 and the winners will be announced on our web site March 1st, 2010.
Winners are chosen by grading in three categories: Style (1 to 10 points), and Magnetism (1 to 5 points).
Rules:
1. Models MUST be 18 years of age. Please send a copy of your drivers license with your photos.
2. To be considered for our contests, please send a short biography of yourself and six photos max (3 min) of you in full costume as well as one Regular Headshot and the name you would like to go by. Please send photos as jpegs attached to an email with a copy of drivers license to Contests_quatrecon.com
3. DO NOT SEND NUDE, fetish, bondage, hard-core, gross, or raunchy. Even if you are taking the photo yourself, make it look as professional as you can. We are looking for quality photos. The more you style yourself and your surroundings, the better.
QuatreCon has the right to deny any photos that we feel do not fit the contest (please review the guidelines for photo submissions). Oh yeah, and this is not a drag competition either.
12 finalists will be chosen by the fans on myspace, Quatre Con will cover your travel expenses to Mare Island for your professional photo shoot for use in the QuatreCon calendar and Print Advertisment. Finalists will receive a professional completed portfolio with CD and prints. Final judging will take place at the Quatre Con 2010, April 9, 2010 at 6pm on the main stage. Miss Quatre Con 2011 winner will receive contract to travel with us to all event locations across the US as the Official Miss Quatre Con for 2011. You will also get VIP treatment at all Quatre Con Events and do a meet and greet at the Quatre Con booth.

Thirty years ago a screen play by Victor Miller under the direction of Sean S. Cunningham brought forth a horror cult classic known as Friday the 13th. This ground breaking film was poorly received by film critics, despite their opinions it went on to become one of the most profitable slasher films in cinema history. It was also the first movie of its kind to secure distribution in the USA by a major studio.

January 14th, 2008. Shane retires from his police career to be a professional novelist. His Abyss Walker series has spawned two franchise writers; renown novelist and playwright, Roy C. Booth and up and coming novelist, Dave Barlow. The series has spawned five graphic novel spin offs with artists from Marvel and Gene Simmonss Dominatrix writer, Sean Taylor.
In August 2009, Shane released book five in his Abyss Walker series with the debut appearance of a character modeled after Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca from Star Wars.)

Kendall R. Hart wears many hats as well as a Stormtrooper helmet. By day he is the senior graphic designer for a conglomeration of athletic companies with clients such as Nike, adidas, Speedo and Asics. But under the Dark Side of the Moon he creates fantastic sculptures and paintings depicting a world wilder than our own. Billys ability to bring characters to life on canvas and paper caught the attention of best-selling author Shane Moore who dubbed him Duco-Letum (Painter of Death) and named him Official Artist of his Abyss Walker Series.
Utilizing his talents in both graphic design and traditional art, Billy has unearthed a line of graphic Ts emblazoned with the denizens of the vast and forbidding wasteland known as his Imagination.
Terry Naughton is a former animator with Walt Disney Studios. Now Im a freelance illustrator. I was with Disney for 17 years, and worked on almost every feature film produced from 1985 till 2002. Some of my credits include, the Beast in Beauty and the Beast, the Genie in Aladdin and Zazu in the Lion King to name a few.
