Who The Heck Is This Girl?
TO SUM IT ALL UP...
I am a random 16-year-old with an eccentric and quirky personality. I notice the smallest things in life. My life may not be the most glamorous, but it is definitely interesting. Lucky for you, I've chosen to share the highlights of my days. Hopefully you'll understand more about me by reading these blogs!
BASICS
I was born in Ghana, West Africa, and moved to the United States when I was almost 2 years old. I currently live in THE most boring state of Kentucky, where I am a Junior at my local ghetto-fabulous high school. I am the oldest of 2 siblings (T & Favor). My school activities include Drama, Student Council, and Future Business Leaders of America. However, I am pretty lazy and most people can find me stuffing my face and surfing the 'net.

(listening to "A Milli" by Lil Wayne while in a breezy mood)
"That's a whole pie going to waste right there!"
After getting yelled at and grounded by my dad (the drama is a bit too personal for the internet, sorry). The huge conflict ends with him threatening to cancel my upcoming trip or giving up my leadership position for my city's NAACP youth chapter. (Talk about going overboard, Dad.) I arrive at school a bit late in a super pissed off mood. Don't you hate how parents can get you like that? They get mad over the smallest things, then you get mad at them for being mad over the smallest things, and it's just a continual cycle of confusion and madness...
As I'm in the lunch line, I think to myself, Why do they always serve the best lunches on Fridays? Today we had a full plate of the main course (pork sloppy joe type sandwich), two sides, and dessert, PLUS a delicious juicy-juice! When it comes to my school lunch, this would be considered a 5-star meal. I also had my cupcake from Physics, so boy was I looking forward to eat.
While sitting at my booth with Sian, Sarah, and Leslie, we notice that at a certain table, there are certain people sitting there, with the certain people that sit at that particular table on a daily basis. We were confused as to why that table took in those newcomers, because last time we were informed, they all hated the table-newbies. This got me thinking... It's sad that the majority of people are so two-faced these days. If you despise a person, why in the world would you laugh & eat with them, giving them the wrong impression?
Finally, during my last class of the day, where we are interrupted by the most unnecessary pep-rally. (It was for a couple of students to throw a pie in the principal's face for winning a contest. The rally lasted about 15 minutes.)
However, my highlight quote of the day happened during this pep-rally. Before the throwing of the pie, a student sitting behind me and my friends yells, "That's a whole pie going to waste right there!" This may not seem funny to you, but if you add in a super-thick Kentucky accentit turns out to be quite hilarious. My friends and I continued to laugh about this while returning to English class.
During the last part of English, I needed to check on a page of my research topic (abortion), so I went to this website. As you can see (if you click on the link), there is a very disturbing video (CAUTION!). I was turned around when the Warning Notice was up, so when I turned back around to face the computer screen, I was greeted with a very scary image. I started spazzing out, and others asked what was wrong. Well, they totally understood my freaking out after viewing the video themselves. Trying to look for the specific page I needed, I clicked on another link at the site, and was greeted with a bloody detached babys arm, along with the bloody body of an aborted baby. I decided my research could wait for the day
Oh, and the Friday I get invited to hang out with different friends, so happens to be the Friday I am grounded. Fml.
Hopefully watching the new episode of Heroes I missed can cheer me up!
xoxo, Daneat!(:
