Before becoming an attorney Roman worked for some of the leading television news channels and eventually managed a video production company. Roman's background in engineering, media and business management gives him a broad understanding of pertinent issues of business law and start-ups.
Located in the heart of Silicon Alley in Manhattan, New York, Roman is an active member of various technology groups, committees and pro-bono work at the New York County Lawyer Association. Roman is admitted to practice in New York State and in Connecticut, and is admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade. Roman is a former intern clerk to the Honorable Judith S. Gische of New York Supreme Court.
Roman is quite handy with a soldering iron and duct tape and has been known to use both in some of his endeavors.
