The Cyrstal Center has a wedding package for every taste, style and budget.
Silver Wedding Package- A four hour reception which includes Hors D'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, Champagne Toast for the Bridal Party, Salad and Entree selections, Custom Designed Wedding Cake served for dessert, Floral Centerpieces for guest table, Ivory Linen, Napkins and Chair Covers.
Gold Wedding Package- A five hour event featuring Hors D'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, Champagne Toast for the Bridal Party, Salad, Entree and Dessert Selections, Custom Designed Wedding Cake, Floral Centerpieces for guest tables, Ivory Linen, Napkins and Chair Covers
Platinum Wedding Package- A five hour event featuring Sculptured Ice Carving, Four Course Dinner including Appetizers, Salad, Entree and Dessert selections, Wine Service during dinner, Custom Designed Wedding Cake, Floral Centerpieces for guest tables, Ivory Linen, Napkins and Chair Covers.
Professional Wedding Consultations are available to take care of all of your wedding needs. Indoor Ceremonies take place in the beautiful The Elisha Room. Our Decorator Package includes Chair Covers, Wedding Arch, and Pillars for Floral Decorations and a Ceremony Rehearsal.

Our private chef service was founded to meet the needs of those who want to offer their guests something truly special by hosting an elegant gourmet dinner party for friends, family, or business associates. Perhaps you would enjoy an intimate and relaxing dinner for two or with some close friends or maybe you have an important business client you really need to impress. The benefits of our private chef service include spending quality time entertaining your guests and serving exceptional cuisine, thus offering a unique and pleasurable experience for you and your company.
We combined years of training and experience into a personalized service that is now available to assist you with your next occasion.
We prefer not to set a standard fee structure. The reason for this is our catering is done in-house, and it is simply impossible to quote prices until we do your free initial consultation. Past experience has proven to us that all things are simply not created equal. Rather than set our prices in advance, we have found it far better for each dinner and event we plan to be handled individually, on a client by client basis. This is the fairest method of pricing, since your quote will be determined by several factors:

Dinner Setup
Your room will be delightfully decorated with 60 banquet tables (seating 8-10 persons each) with white or off-white (ivory) linen tablecloths and cloth napkins (the color of your choice). Centerpieces and dishes will be a neutrally coordinated arrangement. Your head table will be covered and skirted in white linen with a floral centerpiece. An attended buffet is provided, complete with servers. Special seating is included as a gift for event honorees.
