WELCOME to our website
The mission of DDS is to provide pre-dental students clinical experience, valuable interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping other North Carolinians across the State.
REQUIREMENTS and expectations
HOME
•Must have a sophomore status
•Must have at least a 3.5 GPA
•Must accumulate 10 points the semester prior to pledging
•Must accumulate 12 points the semester of pledging
During the semester of pledging, applicants must complete the requirement of 12 points and submit an application for review. During the pledge semester, pledges may attend all DDS meetings, events, and elections. After the pledge semester, only 10 points are required each semester.
DDS members are expected to set an example as students who are prepared to enter dental school. This includes attending meetings regularly, participating in as many pre-dental events as possible, and remaining in good academic standing.

3. September 20th-- 9:00am Cleft Palate Gallop
4. October 21st-- 6:00pm DDS Meeting--Speaker-- Dr. Yu Orthodonist from China
5. November 18th-- 7:00pm DDS Meeting --Speaker--Students from UNC
6. January 27th-- 6:00pm DDS Meeting--DAT Breakdown--Harrelson 100
7. February 23rd-- 6:00pm DDS Meeting--Application process
8. February 23rd-- 7:00pm Pre-dental Meeting **DDS APPLICATIONS DUE
9. April 6th-- 6:00pm School Comparisons and Elections
