Inspiration & Technique:
The gestural studies by Leonardo de Vinci and the animated
lines used by Rembrandt inspire my inking technique.
The simplicity of character designs in Hayao Miyazaki’s films,
the amusingly dark worlds created through Tim Burton’s
direction and the writings from Neal Gaiman’s imagination
inspire the cartoonist and storyteller within.
The smorgasbord of Discovery Channels quenches the thirst
for information and fuels the mind of my inner mad scientist.
