Bio*
As an Optimist whose belief is beyond his imagination, a person of generosity and a well-maintained personality, Jhonny Thermidor is simply a student living for the wellbeing and happiness of others, a student whose character and values determine his credibility. As he stated in his personal blog, He is questing for happiness, success, and Wisdom.
He is passionate about poetry, which is most likely related to life, romance, love, relationship, and depression. He believes that in writing he could help shaping the world and sowing the seed of beauty in the relationship of each individual. He also believes that he could help them purposing their destination in this prodigious world, how its future extension does rely upon them, and how they can ameliorate it together. As he affirmed: “I was born just to fulfill what God has predestined me for, to follow his path and accomplish my purpose in life. I came from an unknown world different from yours; my soul isn’t part of this world.”
Inspired by his English teachers (especially his 11-grade English teacher) and all the aspects that make up the different cultures (starting from high school to the community he is exposed to) and the common characteristic that each individual shared in the United States, he starts developing a certain affinity for writing at his teenage years, despite the fact that he will be majoring in a course completely different than the latter. He believes in creative writing as a way to express and share his feelings about the way things go around him, another way to unearth the secret of the nature, to explore what has yet to be discovered. Thus, his journey is just getting started.

Your Eyes
As we were admiring the color of love last night,
Appeasing our thirst like two cats in a fight,
Your eyes were as shiny as the sparkled stars.
They were as admirable as the lights of the bars.
As I was starring at them with no ambiguity
Fears, lies and evasions surround their clarity.
But the reflection of love in them retains me
From trying to quit being sentimentally a softie.
Like the seven wonders of the world,
They fascinate me with their eyelashes so well curled.
Just Like the famous Eiffel Tower in Paris,
I can observe their allure all the way from Ferris.
They rhyme the harmonic melody of my heartbeat
Because their beauty is so stainless and so neat.
Your seductive eyes is my favorite site of tourism.
They shape my emotion and imagination by Romanticism.
Because of January 17th God makes me see,
Their color should reflect the beauty of the sea
Because another page of my life is just turned over
I can only hope they remain part of me forever.
