Do you avoid talking to the lost because it makes you really uncomfortable?
If you answered yes to either question this is the event for you!!!
The Jersey Fire is to equip Christians to talk to the lost and then practice what they learn. However, if you are still really uncomfortable, that is ok. There will be so many others practicing evangelism at this event that you can watch others until you are ready to step out of your comfort zone and get fired up. There is no better way to grow spiritually than to OBEY the Savior who died for you and warn the lost of the fire to come. Many will find a spiritual transformation after a day of evangelism!!
YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS IT !!!
We will have a three hour training by Mark Cahill followed by an all day outreach on the Seaside Heights boardwalk. If you cannot make it in the morning for the training but have a heart for the lost, please make it out to the boardwalk to warn the lost of the fire to come. The goal is to have hundreds of people sharing the faith on a single day at a single place.
Come alone or come with friends!
Come to share or come to learn!
We will have teams of people evangelizing on the boardwalk. If you evangelize regularly and would like to be a team leader, please contact us. If you are not comfortable and just want to watch, please let us know that and we will set you up with an experienced evangelist to watch and learn. If you just want to come out on that day and watch others evangelize, that is good too. You will see how simple it is to share your faith.

Evangelism training will be provided for anyone who has is uncomfortable evangelizing.

Speakers
Mark Cahill has a business degree from Auburn University, where he was an honorable mention Academic All-American in basketball. After spending a few years in the business world, he surrendered his heart to Jesus Christ and asked God to place him where he could touch as many lives as possible. Within a year, he was teaching school. Although Mark planned to teach for the rest of his life, God moved him from teaching at a Christian high school to devoting a year to full-time evangelism. He then embarked on a speaking career. Mark speaks to over 25,000 people per year at churches, retreats, conferences, camps, etc., equipping and challenging the saved to go out and reach the lost. As one of his students noted, he's still teaching, but in a much bigger classroom.
His true vocation is witnessing, whether at malls, music and art festivals, beaches, sporting events, bar sections of townswherever the lost can be found. Mark is the author of One Thing You Can't Do in Heaven which has been translated into Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Romanian and is being translated into Nepalese, and One Heartbeat Away. Mark lives in Stone Mountain, Georgia
Andrew Rappaport is the founder of Striving For Eternity Ministries and the English pastor of Chinese American Bible Church in Freehold, NJ. He is a Bible teacher, conference speaker, author and has written numerous Biblical studies used internationally. Andrew has writen and teaches seminars on Hermeneutics, Systematic Theology and an Introduction to World Religions and Cults. Andrew has spoken at many different venues on many different topics, speaking at Universities, churches, conferences, on the streets, etc., on topics such as Darwin vs. the Bible, The Existence of God and the Credibility of the Bible, The Uniqueness of Christianity, Misconceptions of Christianity, etc.
Andrew serves on the Board of Director of Solutions Pregnancy and Health Center, a pro-life, crisis pregnancy center. Andrew grew up in a Jewish home and saved at the age of 16 years old. He holds a Master Degree in Theological Studies, Magna Cum Laude from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary and a B.S. degree from Monmouth University in Computer Science. He and his wife Yim Lin live in Jackson, NJ and have two children: Timothy (14) and Shannon (13).
