This documents will help you abide by the rules and obtain you bonuses. if you are comming on as a Webcam model only attached is a simple agreement between you and Diiamond Gurl Entertainmet. The FW9 document is your w-9 for tax pruposes. At the beginning of every year Diiamond Gurl Entertainment will Mail you a 1099 form for you to file with you tax return. The Data intake for is a form that must be signed and filled our and returned before you can start working. Next we ask that scan and upload all the documents(w-9,data-intake, contract,and a copy of your government/state Id) that are required so that you can start working immediately.
We pay every 15 days, 7 days after the pay period ends.
There is no payment minimum, unless you wish to set up one.
Tipping options are $5, $10, & $15 and all performer tips will be put on a minimum 45-day waiting period before payment will be made. If your performer has accrued tips and they have not been refunded, we will pay you out for them after the 45-day period.
This is to:
1. Eliminate the increasing amount of fraudulent tipping transactions.
2. Benefit the performers that work hard for legitimate tips.
Becuase we are an Entertainment company and have set this service up for our models. we will be paid 10% of you bi weekly pay we never take anything more. So that you are aware your pay will come to Diiamond Gurl Entertainment and We will IMMEDIATLEY pay all models at that time .We will send your statements by e-mail detailing your pay.
On top we promote you on the internet, and you could receiveand additional 20-35% of all new members sales recruited by you.
