The fees for our sessions are $300 a month, equaling four sessions (one-hour each) per month.
I will also include the first introductory session, at no charge (totaling 5 sessions for the first month) as part of a special introductory package.
All sessions are to be paid for, in advance, at the start of the month.
Should you require a one time consultation, the fee is $125.
Coaching typically involves weekly contacts over a one to three-month period. Meetings may be face to face, or by telephone, email, or fax. Where possible, the first meeting is face to face. Most of the other sessions are done over the telephone and supplemented by email and Internet communication. Many of our clients are international,and we can easily do all contact via telephone.
Coaching sessions are on average 60 minutes long. Book for yourself 75 minutes for each appointment. We will speak for 60 minutes, and I ask you to take 15 minutes after the call to write down what you are taking away from the call, along with your action plan and email both back to me.
