BY USING AN ADVANTAGE CAD DESIGN, PLAN, WEBSITE OR SERVICE YOU AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND YOU UNEQUIVOCALLY ACCEPT ANY AND ALL POSTED RULES OR GUIDELINES.

All house plans listed on this site are protected by U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or transfer of plan images contained on this site or any other work produced herein is a violation of these laws. These laws allow the copyright holder to recover damages of up to $100,000 per offense.
Reproducible cad sets are NOT available for customers. PDF files are available sent via email or CD. Purchaser may customize house plans they have chosen to build, however, this does not allow the purchaser to build more than one house from a design plan.

Due to the very large number of plans and price options for those plans offered by Advantage CAD, Advantage CAD reserves the right to correct such errors as they are discovered, and no order and pricing with respect to that order shall be final until confirmed by Advantage CAD.
All construction plans ordered through advantagecad.com are provided as-is and Advantage CAD and advantagecad.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. The photographs placed online may differ from the actual plans, depending on the modifications performed by the owner/builder. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Advantage CAD is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Advantage CAD even if Advantage CAD has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Bradley prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Advantage CAD, Advantage CAD's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Advantage CAD's product.
Return Policy
All sales on house plans and customization or modifications are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has started the fulfillment process.
