Bradley Smith, President and Chief Designer, has been in the home and facility design business for over eight years. Many of the items that Brad includes in his designs are from a buildable standpoint due to his years of experience not only in design but also the construction industry.
Throughout the years, Brad has worked on projects for clients such as Johnson & Johnson Company, Ingersoll Rand, Tenaska Power Company, Toyota, Texas Instruments, Exxon-Mobil, Boeing, Jerry Lang Enterprises, Prime Communications and many more.
In our commitment to continued success of our projects, we coordinates efforts between the design team, contractors and clients involved. Our goal is to help you improve and allocate more time and energy to the large scope of your project. We want to be a part of the team in this industry.

Brad Smith, President
Brandon Vaughn, Lead Drafter, has been in the construction industry all of his life. Brandon grew up in the industry working in the field as a laborer and supervisor. Brandon graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in CADD from ITT Technical Institute in Tuscon, AZ. Accepted into the National Technical Honor Society, Brandon has a gift of paying attention to detail.
Brandon spent a few years at Stephen Robinson Architects in Tucson, AZ where he was the Project Coordinator for the firm. Working on Residential, Commercial, and Institutional projects of all sizes, Brandon is a huge asset to Advantage.

Chaz Swann, was a driving force in our firm. His experience in the field as a framer accompanied by the ability to design using precise detail and imagination while implementing his field knowledge strenth made him invaluable to Advantage CAD.
