Q: The hotel and registration deadlines have passed. What should I do now?
A: If you still need a hotel room, call the hotel and see if any of the remaining limited space is available. Be sure to say you are with ADG.
You can still register, so please do so ASAP, and then contact Bill. Some ticket orders are being accepted by our vendors on a rolling basis, so even though we can no longer gaurantee that you will have a ticket to all official convention events, we will try our hardest to get you in to everything.
Q: How did you come up with the delegate fee? Why is it higher than previous delegate fees?
A: The steering committee developed the fee based on information provided from our vendors. We attempted to keep costs down as much as possible and worked out some fantastic deals; however, we ask that you keep in mind that DC is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country and a major tourist destination. Also, the rate we attained for hotel rooms is significantly lower than what travelers to our nation's capital pay, so there are savings for you there. And, remember: the upshot is that you get to enjoy convention this year in a world-class city!
Q: Can I bring a guest, my wife, or family?
A: Yes. Wives and significant others are encouraged to come to our social events, especially the afternoon events and banquet. In fact, due to DC's family-friendly nature, we encourage brothers to bring their entire family and plan a vacation before or after the convention.
Q: Is the schedule on this website final?
A: Pretty much. We have nearly all of the main events set; however, there will be some tweaking done in the days leading up to the convention.
Q: What are my options if I pay now and can't make it later?
A: Full refunds are available prior to 7/15/11. After that date, you may transfer your purchased items to another individual.
