Starting from one man's passion to produce quality aftermarket 4WD accessories, the 4B Fabrications business was born.
After a number of years working from a residential workshop, 4B fabrications is now a fully equipped workshop located in the Carrum Downs industrial hub.
Specialising in custom fabrication of 4WD accessories, roll over protection, ute conversions, engine conversions, barwork and vehicle modification as well as catering for all kinds of one off specialist fabrication projects, the 4B Fabrications team is poised to turn your beer coaster ideas into reality.

Rollover Protection
Custom rollover protection can be integrated into your vehicle. Using the best materials and construction practices, our rollover protection can be configured and installed to suit CAMS and CCDA specifications.
Prepared partially outside the vehicle to allow full seam welding, our rollover systems are designed for minimal intrusion into the cabin area.
Barwork and protection
The range of finishes available, along with custom design and fabrication, produces barwork that is not only strong and functional, but integrates into the style of the vehicle and looks great!

Ute conversions
We cater for all type of ute conversions, from the full competition extra cab to daily driver dual cab conversions.
Engineering for all of out ute conversions can be supplied , maintaining the legality of your vehicle.
Additional time is taken to maintain a "factory" look on all conversions.
Painting is supplied by Victorian Truck Painting, however raw conversions can be performed to be completed by your automotive refinisher.

With a passion for doing things "right" the first time, Ben is the man to talk to you for all your fabrication needs.
As the 4B fabrication business has grown, some new faces have joined the Team.
Ben has hand selected his team. Highly skilled and experienced in their respective fields, they have a passion for producing excellent work and a keen interest in offroad driving.

Damian Doyle
Joining the 4B Fab team in 2009, Damian calls on his 20+ years in stainless fabrication and welding. If welding needs to look like a work of art and be strong enough to depend on, Damian is your man.
Steve Paul
Working as a mechanic for the last 25 years, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the 4B Fabrication team.

4B Fabrications are pleased to announce our asscociation and sponsorship with the Rough Rider Racing Team.
Owen and Paula came to 4B Fabrications with an idea of their dream vehicle. The 4B fabrications team, turned this dream into a reality.
Competing in the Opposite Lock Chickwinch Challenge, Paula piloted the new vehicle to a comendable second in class. The vehicle being in awe of many of the spectators and competitors.
