How To Increase your attendence from 200 to 1000 in five years

There are no secrets for this. You dont do it. Ask yourself: How far are you willing to go? How much more are other churches greater than your own? How much more are other Preachers better than you? Lord, I dont have much, but the little I have, that Ill give. How much more is your life less valuable than anothers life? How much are you willing to help that other person? How extreme are you? How serious do you take the call? How do you take God? What is your vision? How much do you care? Do you feel an intense love when you approach the pulpit? Do you give all? Are you Spirit lead? If you are then your people will be.

There are three parts in time, Past: perfection, present: action, and future: vision. To know the Father is to be perfect in him. It rains on the just and on the unjust. You must be perfect so that your past can take action on the present. Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect Matt. 5:48. When your present is perfect then you can have a vision.

To have a perfect past To have a perfect past you must let go of the present. Is there anything that could upset you? A mother dieing perhaps? A murdered child? Is there anything that stops you? A love of a woman? Loving of your parents. A favorite friend? Is there anything that distracts you? A pretty sound? A good taste? A rush of a refreshment? I must remember, he is my everything.

The past is sealed into perfection. It did happen once, why cant it be now? If you take the past, present, and future as perfect, then you can know the Father, and hell tell you things to come. Time will cease, and hell tell you because he loves you. You are now separated from time and you and God can talk together as equal. He loves you so much that he put aside everything to be with you.

A Christian should not copyright something. (Haste to be rich)

God gave you that song, God gave you that voice, and God gave you that breath. It is not our right. I have heard complaints from guest preachers about copyrighting sermons.

Our copyrighting is sending a statement to other Christians. The Church was never meant to be a center of commerce, but to spread the gospel.

It is sending a message to our people. It degrades our vision onto thieves. It degrades Christian character. It pulls leadership down.

It effects the next generation. Our children will look on our faith and mock it. If we believe in money and God, this is worldly Christianity. God supplies our needs; we dont need the god of money.

The purpose of material service is to get people physical copies of sermons.

The purpose of non-material service is to get people the sermons.

The internet may have entire databases of downloadable audio and video.

As Christians we want to help people.

Judging from the chart, we learn that material service is a whole other branch than non-material service.

This is the ministry of helping people. We ought to look for things to give rather than things to restrict. Copyright is designed to promote fear in the hearts of Christians. Copyright also destroys faith in God and propagates faith in circumstances. Copyright implies right of copy, once we are saved we have no rights. Let others take advantage of us, God will be the judge in the end.

Where are the innovators? Where are the life seekers in this, because of too much majestration and control, life is depleted. Satan destroys life when we think more of ourselves.

My Ministry History

In June of 2000, God had been preparing me for a roller coaster ride. I was 18 years old in the 11th grade. There were very special people in my life, my sister was meaner than a lion, my brother was the leader of the family as well as the smallest, and Jorge Servin kept pushing me to do right. I remember in my mothers womb, when God woke me up, I said If this is all, God, then I choose you

We had a church split in 1999. I was shocked, our people were shocked. Our crowd had decreased to a little room. The fights would start. It was like the Revolution had taken place every service. But still our people came. Why would they come, I thought, isnt this enough to scare them off? And I said to myself, it doesnt matter does it, and I would think, other things dont matter do they?

I knew the road ahead was great. I came to God and yet he came to me. I had no one else to go to. How could I learn from someone else, I didnt know how. You are stupid, you are stupid, you are stupid, my dad would say. I began thinking, am I stupid? Failure after failure, mistake after mistake, error after error I would question. It was in August 2000 I entered full time service for God. In that little room in room 320, Abraham Torres was there, I looked at the rack of tape masters and said You know, I can make an inventory. I was the most lowly and timid person in that building, it was big for me to say that. I didnt know why but I knew I had to say amen. So I Shouted AMEN. Sometimes it would come out all bad but I still did it. I would get the message titles of the sermons from Gil Torres. What an honor. Time had passed, I was listening to every word, jesture, mannerism, thought, and vision that came out of the preacher, with my soul. A crowd started gathering, people all over would accept Christ as savior. Baptisms would take place every service. I worked with my soul in that little room. I wouldnt get bored. Sometimes I would stay all day there for the night service just talking to God. The memories of him were sweet.

Peoples lives were changed; just helping someone out. Pretty soon, the buses were getting packed and overrun. Sunday School classes were packed and classes would have to be split. Families would be reached by the scores. Then God said its enough. God only gave me two years with him. I did not want to become a preacher because of that. I said God, why dont you stay with me all my life, then I will be a preacher. Now we were loosing our faith in God and started to tamper with the church. Organization was the new norm and people started to leave. People that I loved. Benny Ramirez, Mary Ramirez, Jorge Servin, Samuel Pacheco, my brother Christian Ayala, Arturo Torres, Fernando Hernandez, and Jorge Mansano. Samuel missionary to Chile of course had left in the mission field and started another church in Chile. Leadership changed in the whole spanish church. At the sound ministry, we finally got an overseer. Put the tape in I got from someone. The church had started to copyright sermons. I said to myself I dont need this. I was kicked out of the ministry by people that ought to know better. The church grow to good number, and people faces began to tighten. The hearts began to harden. God, why?

That wasnt going to let me down. I could still help people. But I had adversaries. I was arrested off of church because my enemies didnt want to deal with me anymore. God, why are they doing this to me I would say. Don't they know or is it because they know.
